This drops the unemployment rate to 8.3%. Of course that percentage doesn't include those that have stopped looking or who are not in the workforce search process anymore. There are still millions who feel disconnected from the job search process and millions who can't move for a new job because they can't sell their homes. At least it's a continuing step in the right direction.

With the courts becoming ideologically driven instead of legally driven, one wonders what will happen when they review the Affordable Care Act. Donald Trump is expected to make an endorsement today in Las Vegas. Yesterday the New York Times said that Gingrich insider said it would be Gingrich that Trump would endorse. Now today CNN is saying that Trump will endorse Romney. Or at least a Wall Street banker. Was it the $3 million plus Mormon tithe, the Cayman Islands and Swiss Bank trust accounts or the 14% tax rate? Who knows, but Romney's poll numbers have gone into free fall this past week. Is it possible that the Republicans are wacky enough to actually nominate the Grinch or mean enough for Santorum to surge? I hope not the latter and, by sheer act of will, choose not to believe the former. Still, Mitt sure needs to get a grip and soon.
