I got back to Tokyo from Kyoto on Wednesday and I’ve had sex every day. Often multiple times. I lived here in the 90s (in my prime) and while I had a lot of sex, Grindr sure has changed things. At 65, I’m actually turning guys down! On Wednesday, I had a reunion with some former co-workers. After I was done with them, I went to a hotel to meet a big-dicked Chinese boy who had reached out to me while I was in Kyoto. He was something like 300 miles away, skiing. While we were chatting, I realized we’d be in Tokyo on the 5th before he went back to China, so we agreed to meet. I thought once he got here, he’d find someone else, but he waited for me to finish with my din…

From The Star Thailand has for years been the top travel destination for Chinese tourists during the Chinese New Year holidays. However, the tables appear to have turned this year, with Japan overtaking Thailand as the most preferred destination. According to a report on Nikkei Asia, Japan was the top cross-border destination for Chinese tourists during the eight-day Lunar New Year holiday through February 4, with reservations doubling from the previous year. This shift aligns with the pattern observed in 2024 when Japan also surpassed Thailand in terms of total international arrivals. According to data from the United Nations World Tourism Organisati…

I want to thank everyone who has contributed to this thread and provided so much helpful information. You guys are the best! I’ve been in Kyoto for a week, and finally had success hiring a hot Japanese guy, after several disappointments. Thank you to whoever posted the link to Dojo Group. When I arrived in Tokyo a week and a half ago, I was immediately hit up by several guys on Grindr. One literally messaged me as soon as I got off the plane. Lots of guys were interested in daddy types, and since I said I was looking to suck, several just wanted oral. It was pretty hot and I met two hot guys. I went to Tokyo Kids and was disappointed. And then I redi…

Planning a trip for next year. Looking to have some "fun" while there. Tokyo and Osaka have lots of options. Anything in Kyoto and Hiroshima? Even a good Onsen, if no brothels

Older guy here in 60s. From US. White (if that matters). Planning a second trip to Japan next may. I have used independence before and was happy with the experience. Itinerary: Hiroshima - Osaka - Kyoto - Tokyo. Lots of choices in Tokyo, will use Independence again, but want to try a second on also Osaka seem to have a few choices so if anyone has experience there would love to know Hiroshima and Kyoto, I can't find anything on google. Only some nice onseens. So that be eye candy only. So I just need to know do these brothels accept foreigners and is age an issue? I know that bars in Tokyo are insanel…

So, I'm staying in Shinjuku at the moment. While out wandering around it's impossible not to notice all of the billboards for all of the host clubs with pretty made-up boys. You also see them walking around the street in addition to all of the girls who are all dressed up. I am intrigued but I don't know if they are for women or men. And I suspect they're mostly an operation to separate you from as much of your money for the least amount of work as possible. But I wondered if any of you have experience with these places. Obviously the agencies full of escorts are easy enough and plentiful. So I presume these host clubs are for a different sort of clientele. There see…

This came up on my Youtube feed and I found it very interesting - as I expected to see very old men available. Instead, they were mainly middle-aged Japanese men and many were very good looking. Have any of you tried or have experience with this Japanese concept? Below is a review of the concept: https://www.tofugu.com/reviews/ossan-rental/ Below is the hyperlink to the actual site to make a booking: https://ossanrental.thebase.in/ I still have not yet visited Japan - but it is high on my bucket list and I would definitely try this service for my first visit - it would be like to have my very own @vinapu in Japan - perhaps the …

From CNN Kudos to you if you can speak perfect Japanese and order food at a neighborhood sushi bar in Tokyo. If you can, chances are that on your next trip to Japan, you may be able to score a better deal by blending in as a local. Japan has never been a destination known for hiking up prices for foreigners. But overtourism – fueled by a combination of pent-up post-Covid demands (aka “revenge travel”) and the weak local currency – has recently prompted restaurants in the country to consider the merits of differential pricing. “People say it’s discrimination, but it is really hard for us to serve foreigners, and it is beyond our capacity,” said Shogo Yo…

Hello guys, I am flying to Jakarta and having an 18 hour layover in Tokyo. Thinking to take the express train to Shinjuku and stay the night, see what I can see for the short time I am there. Any recommendations are appreciated. Especially a hotel where I can have a massage person come to my room. I heard some hotels wont allow it! Thanks! Gary

While Japan does not use RM or Hunqz, they do have many choices when it comes to Massages or Escorts. I usually use these sites for searching (I speak Japanese myself but you can use Google translate for these sites) https://www.gclick.jp/search_list.php?pref=13&genre=7&type[]=6&start=26 The business trip option would be for boys and you can choose the are and type you are looking for. Just be sure when you reach out to check if they accept Foreigners, many will list they do not serve (I'm guessing due to language barriers) https://tokyo-gay.com/index.html Here is another one! This site is for Massages and th…

From Thai PBS World The number of babies born in Japan fell for an eighth straight year to a fresh record low in 2023, preliminary government data showed on Tuesday, underscoring the daunting task the country faces in trying to stem depopulation. The number of births fell 5.1% from a year earlier to 758,631, while the number of marriages slid 5.9% to 489,281 — the first time in 90 years the number fell below 500,000 — foreboding a further decline in the population as out-of-wedlock births are rare in Japan. Asked about the latest data, Japan’s top government spokesperson said the government will take “unprecedented steps” to cope with the declining birthrat…

NOTE -- Not surprising that longevity in the industry depends on ability to deliver the "money shot" on cue over course of career. From The Thaiger A renowned Japanese adult film actor sparked a considerable online buzz after revealing the disparity in earnings between male and female performers in the porn industry. Known for his fitness and stamina, the actor shed light on the financial aspects of male performers’ roles, which are significantly less lucrative compared to their female counterparts. This revelation has captured the attention of adult film enthusiasts globally, highlighting the challenges and endurance required in the profession. Shimik…

From The Thaiger Air Japan today announced plans to target Thai passengers by offering a direct flight from Bangkok to Tokyo next year. The president of Air Japan, Minekuji Hideki, revealed to the media that Air Japan is a new low-cost airline under ANA Holdings, which will provide the airline’s first flight from Narita International Airport in Tokyo to Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok, Thailand. The airline president disclosed that the first flight will take off on February 10, 2024. The Japanese airline plans to operate the flight with a Boeing 784-9, which can serve 324 passengers. I just spent 9 days in Japan, 3 days each in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka over Thanksgiving. I visited several Onsens and a couple of brothels. Just a quick heads up, as with many things in Japan, it is better to prearrange the boys online before rather than trying to pick one up on the day of or one day before. Tokyo Hot spring - I didn't go to any gay saunas this time, but went to an Onsen with natural hot spring that was supposed to have a lot of eye candy and some action. This one is in a commercial mall with indoor and outdoor pools https://www.ousama2603.com/shop/ooimachi/access.html. Very open space with limited area to play (probably in the steam room). H…

There seems to be a readership for days gone by. This forum has several threads about gay Bangkok and gay Pattaya, but I do not recall one on Japan. As my first of many dozens of visits was in the summer of 1981, I will give a short outline. Some of the anecdotes have been included over the years in other threads. Apologies in advance to those who are reading them for a second time. For reasons that I totally fail to understand, on moving to Asia the one country I had zero desire to visit was Japan. I have no idea why. It was certainly nothing to do with WWII. Perhaps it was more the fact that I knew little about the country, no idea how to get around, nothing of the…

From CNN Tokyo, JapanCNN — When Kaneko Miyuki reported her sexual assault as a seven-year-old in Japan, she remembers the police laughing at her. “I was already confused and scared,” she said. “They wouldn’t take me seriously as a child.” The following investigation made things worse. After being questioned, she was taken back to the scene of her assault without a guardian present, against all modern guidelines. The police never did bring her attacker to justice. The whole experience was so traumatizing for Kaneko that she repressed her memory of it until she began having flashbacks in her twenties, and didn’t come to terms with the fact she had been s…

From BBC Japan's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has fired a government aide who made derogatory remarks about LGBT couples. Masayoshi Arai reportedly said he would not want to live next to, or look at, people in same-sex relationships. Mr Arai also warned that permitting gay marriage in Japan would lead to many abandoning the country. Mr Kishida said the remarks were "outrageous" and "completely incompatible" with his government's policies. Japan - a country still largely bound by traditional gender roles and family values - is the only G7 nation that does not recognise same-sex marriage. …

From Thai PBS World Japanese Prime minister Fumio Kishida pledged on Monday to take urgent steps to tackle the country’s declining birth rate, saying it was “now or never” for one of the world’s oldest societies. Japan has in recent years been trying to encourage its people to have more children with promises of cash bonuses and better benefits, but it remains one of the most expensive places in the world to raise a child, according to surveys. Births plunged to a new record low last year, according to official estimates, dropping below 800,000 for the first time – a watershed moment that came eight years earlier than the government had expected. …

From Channel News Asia TOKYO: Tokyo began issuing partnership certificates to same-sex couples who live and work in the capital on Tuesday (Nov 1), a long-awaited move in a country without marriage equality. The certificates allow LGBTQ partners to be treated as married couples for some public services in areas such as housing, medicine and welfare. More than 200 smaller local authorities in Japan have already made moves to recognise same-sex partnerships since Tokyo's Shibuya district pioneered the system in 2015. The status does not carry the same rights as marriage under the law but represents a welcome change for couples like Miki and Katie, who h…

From Channel News Asia TOKYO: As Japan throws open its doors to visitors this week after more than two years of pandemic isolation, hopes for a tourism boom face tough headwinds amid shuttered shops and a shortage of hospitality workers. From Tuesday (Oct 11), Japan will reinstate visa-free travel to dozens of countries, ending some of the world's strictest border controls to slow the spread of COVID-19. Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is counting on tourism to help invigorate the economy and reap some benefits from the yen's slide to a 24-year low. Arata Sawa is among those eager for the return of foreign tourists, who previously comprised up to 90 per cent o…
