I hope the good news is true. Just be aware that a successful vaccine developed this fast is abnormal, and apparently has never been done before (just referencing what I’ve heard epidemiologists say; I have no expertise in this). When they sidestep the usual processes for drug approval for this, as I’m sure they will, I hope they’ll still be able to track and study effectiveness as they would normally do with subjects in a controlled study.
