  1. The Last Post is a 6 episode series on Amazon that had me totally intrigued this week. It's about a British Army base in Aden in 1965, when the Empire was crumbling. Like other streaming series, it has a bit of soap opera to it as we learn the stories of the various cast members. What first intrigued me was the very handsome Tom Glynn-Carney as Tony Armstrong as a Lance Corporal who falls in love with an Arab women. (They are both so pretty.) Lots of drama, but a story line that I found captivating. There's a lot of skin. And another cute guy. And, not the least, the trailer, so you can get an idea of the story. BTW, it also stars Ben Miles, who played Group Captain Townsend on The Crown.
