They have really done a gret job in bringing back a dead downtown and made a very livable inviting city-for all people,not just the well heeled. Yes there is a homeless population-but nowhere as threatning/destructive as San Francisco. They have also revitalizesd a warehouse district and made it a destination spot called The Pearl. LOTS of street trade available. Also stopped by the Silverado.Plenty of cute working boys and some hot strippers. I will return. Several have noted that Portland has an active street fare so to speak. It is probably one of the last cities that does. I wonder why these guys end up in Portland of all places? Honestly, I don't know much about the west coast guys. I was an avid New Yorker and all the sexy PR hustlers seem to flock to Port Authority years ago.
