Does anyone have info about boys in Buenos Aires? I am guessing there is no sauna. so how should I go about this in BA?

I wonder if you have done a full search here and on the other site (Daddy's or message-forum.net). I posted a lot of info on Buenos Aires in various threads some years ago.

I spent a lot of time in the city, on 12 month-long visits over several years, but last visited in 2014. There are saunas, but not with obvious working guys as in Brazil. There are also sex-cinemas, gay bars and clubs and some outdoor cruising areas (some with working guys). Lastly there are professional escorts who advertise online. 

I didn't go "commercial" after my first visit as I found it easy to pick up handsome, muscled young Argentines. I'm old but lean and fit, and I joined a couple of gyms in the smart areas. As an older man, I attracted attention as a rich foreigner and obviously it pays to be friendly and generous - I was hit on in a supermarket, on the street, in cafes etc by younger men - and routinely I would offer to take them for a drink and, after we'd had some fun, for dinner. 

I assume you speak Spanish? Argentines use the usual websites and apps. One point to note is that Argentines set great store on dressing well and appropriately. I guess from your screen-name that you're young and so you'll be able to get away with casual clothes. But you may be surprised at how well young Argentines dress to go out: for instance, jeans are for clubbing or high-school students; young men wear smart shirts in restaurants etc.

mscllvr, thanks for the update. I am just too shy to talk to random guys on street...I wish I had your ability! I searched a bit but nothing fruitful came out. First, the internet websites: I don't really like looking at the website and contacting one by one. It usually is just a lot of time wasting and then you meet with a guy, who might not be as good looking as the pictures or not be able to perform etc. Then I hear some boys work in saunas and cinema etc but it sounds very risky in the sense that you will never know how etc. Not as easy as brazilian saunas. Then there are brothel houses but they change locations and the last update from a guy here was last year, and it seems like that kinda of deal is hard to find. Anyway, I don't speak the language, so if anyone have a better idea about how to hire a good one or recommend ones, I would be happy to contact them. I am not sure I will be super-helpful as my last visit to BA was about 6 years ago so much could have changed. I am like you in that  I don't really want to go on the web (although soytoyo.com does seem like a great site). I also share your interest in tops who kiss passionately.  When I was in BA, I did stop by and the Ideal Cinema a few times and it worked.  No, it is nowhere as "easy" as the Brazilian saunas and there is less privacy. But, I remember it as a huge place with multiple screens. It took awhile to figure out what was going on where.  If I remember correctly, the first floor had working guys and it was fairly easy to pick out the working guys (and inexpensive). I did get fucked by one incredibly hot/hung top who literally pulled me out of the seats and topped me on the edge of the stage.  On the second floor were several theaters and I remember some being for female/TS for pay.  One was full of (I assume) straight Argentines who were looking for bj's for no cost (I had a couple of good expereinces there). Of course, you had to find an attractive one!!  All in all, I found it a rather unique place (mostly due to how many different theaters and "themes" in each one..  I have no idea if it still operates as I remember but maybe others here can chime in.  I do remember that it was in a safe neighborhood right in the center of the city so there was little investment in checking it out. In any event, happy searching and the city is lovely!

All I can add is to suggest you do searches on the two popular Argentine sites for the type of guy you like:

You will want a guy who offers 'complete service' (servicio completo) to men. In the detailed profiles, it will say if the guy speaks English. If you find someone attractive who doesn't, you will have to rely on translation apps. I suggest also that when you meet a guy, you have a notebook and pen so you can note down whatever rate/time you agree.

It concerns me that you don't speak Spanish. Educated Argentines do speak English but not necessarily fluently; working guys may have only a limited knowledge. 

I would like to make 2 points as regards your personal safety - and please note that I do like Argentine culture and society:

1. Argentines often try to 'get one over' or cheat each other in little ways. It's not anti-foreigner; it's that they seem to trust only people they've known since childhood and see others as 'fair game'. As a well-off foreigner, and you will be seen as such since you're there on vacation and have money, you'll seem like easy pickings. Please be clear about what you want and precise about what you will pay. Do not display valuables such as an expensive watch or take a smartphone out of your pocket on the street.

2. Do not take a working guy to your hotel room. Go instead to an hotel that rents rooms by the hour; they're known as 'telos'. There are several near Recoleta Cemetery. They are safe and well-run, used by both heterosexual and gay couples. Make sure you leave valuables in your hotel room safe.

I find what you say very odd indeed.

You seem to need to be "spoon-fed" information so I don't know how you expect to meet and negotiate in Spanish with working men in Argentina. You've posted previously about meetings guys in Brazil so I'm surprised that you were able to deal with the greater language barrier of Portuguese.

FWIW the Spanish words you mention above mean "tariff", i.e. what they would charge. I also checked Google Translate and this was how the words you asked about are defined there too.
