How is Jomtien Complex during low season?

Excited by Aussie's post about the two poles erected in BN Bar, I have been sitting opposite like a dog waiting for a bone, but so far no bone.

Hopefully, the boys will spring into action sooner or later, until then the poles will continue to act as ceiling supports.

The Complex continues to be awash with rumours of "The Return to Sunnee Plaza" with several bar owners being name-checked as potential movers. All will become clear by the time high season returns, I am assured.

The Complex itself is awash with boys, as noted by previous posters, and that's no bad thing. What is perhaps noteworthy is that the influx of boys is concentrated among the bars with young Thai owners, such as BN, 69 and Sunnee/Dodo Bars. The hobby bars owned by retirees are clearly lagging behind as they continue to try to pass off middle-aged bar staff as "boys".

As a regular low season visitor, this year does not appear to be exceptionally quiet, despite some reports to the contrary, but perhaps the customers are more spread out among the many available bars. 

Word of the day: The standard collective nouns for a group of boys are: a blush of boys a leer of boys a passel of boys and a rascal of boys.

BN Bar and 69 Bar are Cambodian owners. Sunee/Dodo are the same owner, Thai.

As for the "boys " ,some of who should be on a senior's pension , most if not all it's a part time job nowadays,many work other jobs during the day I noticed

Their other job is sleeping. As soon as the bars close, 90% of the Jomtien Complex boys head to the beach at soi 12 to drink Kratom tea till sunrise.

You seen some of the ages lately especially in jomtien complex?

Whilst the majority would be in their 20's , theres a lot also in their 30's ,and goes up to 57yo although he does have a muscle body .

Was just in Pattaya for the last week....pretty slow for the bars. There are guys there, not many customers. Dragon bar was practically empty every night, not sure how the pay the staff and electricity.

A-Bomb was pathetic yet last October when I was there had a lot of guys. Sept is the rainy month, maybe a lot of guys go home to visit?

Last night I was in Jomtien Complex aka Supertown and visited M Bar which had many boys but the Air Con was not operating so quite warm inside. So on to DoDo Bar which was nice and cool and had about 6  nice boys doing dancing for the customers and it was busy with customers. Drinks were about 130B

Regarding Sunee Plaza, a few night ago was there, as were about 8 other customers and about 8 lads on stage. Somewhat like the good old days! Drinks at 100B.

Charlie, the owner of Dodo and Sunee Intimate bars is joining the management team of M Bar and told me that he will soon fix the air conditioning. It has been very warm inside the bar which has made me avoid going there. One advantage of M Bar besides the boys is the low volume level of the music compared to being blasted by noise in the main Complex Soi most nights.

I watched a utube video of the complex from about a week ago. Very quiet for sure.

looked like no customers in Double Shot, with Nick, Sam and a few other workers looking bored. Not sure what time it was, might have been early, as they all had their shirts on.

It’s always calmer till about ten. Then it picks up a bit. So not fair to judge without knowing the time. 
 

Anyone know the name of the fem boy who runs 69 bar? He’s skinny and colors his hair blonde. He’s Cambodian and I think his name is Sa or Ja.
