I like motorbike taxis , take them often, sometimes at longer distances too - in Saigon I arrived in my downtown hotel in style all the way from the airport on motorbike taxi. perhaps it's not smart but I find them handy to beat the traffic and for short distance hoops when in the rush. Still prefer to walk if possible as it's even more fun

Left safe opened to discover it upon return from bar with horror and spend whole night between entertaining the boy and thinking if I was robbed or forgot to close. I do the same but had few cases when boys left earlier forfeiting much bigger tip / in one case of XSize boy 1000 instead of 3000 / and I doubt it was because they found me boring, rather they wanted to secure a deal promising what I wanted without any intention of staying till morning and then fabricating excuses to leave like motorbike parked in wrong spot. I understand this and forgive them but will not off them again

Since demands weren't exorbitant I think I'd fall into such a trap with view of having him in my room next night. I agree about age issue. I was once visiting Classic Bar in soi Twilight in company one of our members and saw boy he was offing who in my opinion was borderline case age wise, after checking ID it turned out he was 25. I just asked my taxi driver taking me from the airport if he can be my driver for two days of my stay there, he agreed quoting very reasonable price. I don't remember exact figure but it was VERY reasonable.

That's correct but if poster mentiond Tawan and Jupiter in the same breath that sit Twilight chances are he will not be ogling in the soi boys who don't look mature enough. While quite often boy who looks young may be in fact much older, very rarely older looking boy will be in fact much younger. I would let him sleep and go to the room. If I feel uneasy in company of boy for whatever reason / age , potential thief etc / I 'd not be taking him with me at the first place.

Very smart as we had reports here of fun spoiled by the lack of those. Do not assume massage place will provide them although serious gay oriented businesses like Arena , PrInce, Senso etc would. Advice for shy types - when boy enters room watch supplies he brought with him. if apart of massage oil you spy condom and sometimes even lubricant , you know that he is serious about business so no need to be shy anymore, just wait for him to take a lead

Quiet but worth a trip. Luang Prabang can keep one occupied for few days just with sightseeing, trip up the river to 1000 Buddhas caves is very interesting. If one is overtempled nice braek at waterfalls can be had for a day. I was very impressed with Plain Of Jars at Phonsavan but my advice will be to spend night there and 1 day trip was very exhausting , not even as much for me but for my driver.
