It worked well at Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta but I don't know it is the same for Mexico city I decided to rent a airbnb on Calle Hamburgo so hopefully it will not be a problem with overnight guests. Surgery is a medical procedure which is done under observation of a medical team and the naked person is not the adult with the presence of an underage kid. On the other hand, the op situation only involves a naked adult with an underage kid in a private room, you get the picture. I believe the later situation is morally wrong in any culture no matter how you justify for it.
