Friend should be someone that shares similar interest/work/hometown/culture etc and it should be mutual, not just one way. If u cant even talk in the same language, share your problems, ask for advice, stop your friend from doing bad things, being stopped by your friend because u want to do stupid things, and if its just sexual and money, its called "friend" or friend with benefit, casual friend.

They wouldnt spot me though i think as i look more like local (malay/chinese mix). The 4 days ive been there, wherever i go the local speak thai to me and they all got a confused look from me lol.

Showing this forums to the boys will open a can of worms that most of us will hate. In a few forums, self promotion became rampant after the boys knows about the forums, and then it leads to the boys bad mouthing other boys who keep getting customers simply because of jealousy. And we can never know a trip reports or a review about a boy is really from a customer or from the boy themselves acting like a customer. Seen it happen and talked about in my country, so it definitely can happen here as well. By that time, the forum will die.

Im not saying they all do that. But that is what shows in the media, and that contribute to local people being prejudice. And im not saying its ok to discrimate others but that is what happen in my country. Heck even local people here get discriminated againsts white when we go shopping in luxury malls.

And given that certain countries like indonesia/cambodia/Philippines/myanmar usually have their citizens works overseas as construction workers, and other dirty works their own citizen dont want to do, and they brings with them crimes like fighting, murder, theft etc, i can understand the prejudice.

My nose hurts when i smell smoke. So if an indoor place reeks with cigarettes smell, id leave. I cant even sleep if my hotel room have some lingering cigarettes smells.

Id do the same if i travel solo. All u need to decide is money and certain must see places that needs ticket in advance.

Had great experience with arena and their fb admin are also very responsive. I have some confusion regarding the charges, probably due to language barrier. A quick message to their fb and the even refund me the difference. Definitelye a place worthy for a visit.
