I have a management company in Mexico that pays the local bills, water,electric, cleaning lady , pool boy, etc. and also rents the prooerty for me on AirBnB when i am not there! They are great, a American couple who own a realty company there for 7 years and manage approximately 50 homes for people like me.(and 4 rental properties they own. Last night i went to dinner with FloridaRob who was the one that got me inerested in coming here! When went to TGIF's which has to be the biggest one anywhere! 4 levels. Big screen TV's everywhere, i would bet it seated over 500 people and there was a 1/2 hour wait to get in! We were there with 4 other guys including one who 3 of us at the table had slept with and he's not a escort! Just a horny 25 yr old! :-)

Ferrar, the house i bought was owned by American couple 'who had restored it. The title was clean but you are right there is no title insurance in Mexico so it is imperative you get a attorney who is well versed in title searches and thoroughly researches the propertie's archives. As happened to one very sucessful beach restaurant here which had bought a beachside building and over 5 years turned it into one of the most popular places, and then one day a guy showed up and said "i am a grandson and one of the heirs and you do not have my signature on the property deal so i am taking it back!" And he did! They lost tge place! So it is definitely a case of buyer bewear!

From Nothing to whatever you want to give them. Some just wanted to party and free drinks and pizza was sufficient, the "more experienced ones wanted $25. US. That was for about 6 hours. the next day my doorbell rang at noon and it was the cute 22yr old that took off with one of my realtors the previous night. He wanted to know if i wanted anymore fun?! I was in Mexico 2 weeks ago for a week to close on my house there! I am going back this Friday to get some additional furniture and have solar installed! ( i like the pool to be warmer) i am really happy so far with the house there and with the selection of guys! Two weeks ago on Saturday i had my first party w/o the benefit of most of the furniture there! There were 15 of us, a mixture of guys 19 - 28 the boys(9) and 34 - to 55 the older group(6)! Kevin, sometimes the people that do the least...worry the most! (I am not referring to you) I have probably had at least 500 guys stay overnight(very conservative estimate :-) and i had one camera, back when people used those :-) stolen at a party at the apartment in 2005! In which there were 6 Americans and 12 sauna guys and the theft was just carelessness on my part! That was the one and only incident Having spent alot of time and been with a lot of guys in NYC, Miami, Los Angeles, Honolulu, London, Prague, Barcelona and Rio, and having them stay overnight i can honestly say that i have Never had a problem in any of them but felt more nervous in Prague and the safest in NYC, Miami and Rio! I may be totally wrong but based on my feeling rightfully or wrongly thats what i felt! The guys in Prague appeared more desparate then any sauna boys in Brazil. I made 4 - week long trips to Prague and 80 week long or better trips to Brazil so maybe it just being more familiar with a location? I don't know just my feelings!

Junior, the owner of Pointe202 sauna is back in NYC, he goes there about 4 times a year...and i am told escorts! He was a sauna boy in his early 20's before buying Estacio sauna in 2002. I give him credit as he is about 40+ years old and if you like older muscle guys he certainly has the experience!6

I have "HO'd" in Canada and Mexico in No. America, In England, France, Spain and Czech In Europe multiple times. Brazil about 80 times! And several other countries for business but no HOing!

Most of the guys who have done porn who work in the saunas are happy to tell you so i wouldnt be to concerned about Un masking him! LOL. But if you dont want to say, people can go to "latinjocks" or "BangBangBoys" and find about 60 + sauna boys there! I know the guys who recruit for those sites and for the past 10 years or so they are always in the saunas recruiting!

I really think you are getting there late...IMHO! by 8:00 the in demand guys have already done 2 or 3 guys and are heading out, if they have had 3 customers they can leave brfore the mandatory 3-1/2 hour "shift ends". Also dont forget as much as you(we)enjoy the saunas, it is a job to them and they just want to leave when their shift is done unless they haven't made any money. Although on the other side of this point, i have gone to my 2nd or 3rd sauna at that time of the night and met some great guys who got there after 6:30 or 7:00 and didnt have a customer yet or were new and didnt realize the benefits of getting there at 5:00!
