Candyman reacted to TotallyOz in Hi Club Karaoke - A Review from November 19I finally decided to get out of my apartment. I had a bout with Covid which took longer than expected to heal. The cough is still there but the ATK tests negative. The doctor said the cough may last a few months. A few rounds to the hospital over the past month made me just not to want to stray from the necessary places. However, tonight, I ventured out and I wanted to see if Hi Club was like their videos on LINE.
First, there is a thread here that discusses the place.
Second, their LINE group is very active. I was told it opened at 9PM so I got there around 9:30. No one was there and I was the only customer. So, I had my pick. Being secluded for a month I got greedy and invited 4 boys to sit and have drinks. All were young and manly and cute. A few six packs and very cuddly. All were straight and none were open to gay encounters except to get sucked and to fuck. Well, that was not what I was looking for so I told them to fuck off.
Just kidding. I liked two so I took them home with me. On a scale of 1-10, well, perhaps the fun factor can't be properly rated so I'll pass on the service rating as it would not be fair. But, on a cute scale, at least a 9. I enjoyed their company for the night. I told them 3k before we left the bar and they were both OK with that for an overnight.
Having to do it again, I think I would have chosen more carefully to make sure they could at least do a few things other than get sucked or fuck. But, hey, they told me in advance and I should have believed them. All from were from Laos.
The cost of the bill at the place was 3899. That was 1699 for the mixers and whiskey (which they throughly enjoyed and played some games). The off was 500 baht each. And, there was a fee per hour for boys to sit with you. That was all a bit odd and I'm not sure if that was BS but I paid anyway.
All in all, the place is very clean, newly renovated and comfortable. No smoking inside that I saw and the boys with me all went outside to smoke. The music was not too loud when I was there and it was good music and not Thai music. I was told it did not get busy until 2AM, so apparently, I get older and the night must start earlier.
The place was easy to find and on the main road near the other massage places.

Candyman got a reaction from AdamSmith in I don't like this at all.Google’s ‘Project Nightingale’ Gathers Personal Health Data on Millions of Americans
Search giant is amassing health records from Ascension facilities in 21 states; patients not yet informed
Google is engaged with one of the country’s largest health-care systems to collect and crunch the detailed personal health information of millions of Americans across 21 states.
The initiative, code-named “Project Nightingale,” appears to be the biggest in a series of efforts by Silicon Valley giants to gain access to personal health data and establish a toehold in the massive health-care industry. Amazon.com Inc., AMZN -0.80% Apple Inc. AAPL 0.79% and Microsoft Corp. are also aggressively pushing into health care, though they haven’t yet struck deals of this scope.
Google began Project Nightingale in secret last year with St. Louis-based Ascension, the second-largest health system in the U.S., with the data sharing accelerating since summer, according to internal documents.
The data involved in the initiative encompasses lab results, doctor diagnoses and hospitalization records, among other categories, and amounts to a complete health history, including patient names and dates of birth.

The action ain’t yet over by a mile.
And then the state-level investigations still underway. And what the House may find.

The NY Times Magazine today has a lengthy piece on Rupert Murdoch, his family, and his empire. Fox News, of course, is only a small part of that.
Murdoch's power, combined with Trump's, is working only in the direction of right-wing politics and white racism. It's all very scary, but one reason Trump is giving huge gifts of tax cuts and other bonuses to the rich is an attempt to buy them off and favor him. It's working, which makes removal of Trump all the harder.
Murdoch had his more conservative son take over what is left of his empire- the political and media. Right-wing will soon be synonymous with Murdoch and Trump. Racism too.

Whoever gets the winning lottery ticket can actually buy their own senator.
Since the GOP is only up by one vote that can be a sweet deal.

Candyman reacted to mvan1 in Not the biggest, but close to itConsidering that I had such a good time at Lagoa a couple of days ago (Wednesday) I decided to return to Lagoa last night (Friday).
Last night I went to Lagoa alone.
The place was even busier and better last night than it was on Wednesday.
I met a couple of nice garotos and had a great time. Then, it was time for me to leave for the night.
I paid my bill and stepped outside to call for an Uber to take me back to my hotel.
When the Uber car arrived, I could not see the driver because it was at night and the headlights from his car made him appear only as a shadow. He called out my name which gave me confidence to enter the vehicle. I sat in the back seat. The driver was friendly and could tell from my Uber account and from my accent that I was not Brazilian.
Shortly after we chatted a while about nothing, he asked me how i liked the sauna. Well, that was a strange question. The Uber app tells him my basic details and gives the driver a pick up address. However, the app does not say that the pick up address is a sauna.
I was taken aback by his question about the sauna. So, I asked him how he knew the address was a sauna.
He said that he used to work at Lagoa as a garoto de programma.
I was speechless at that point.
He then asked me if I was interested in getting together with him as a garoto. I told him, I don't know because I could not see him with the headlights blocking my vision of him.
After the next corner and in the middle of the block, he suddenly pulled to the curb and stopped. Initially, I thought there was about to be trouble. However, he said, please sit up front with me so we can talk better.
I told him, "okay" and I got out of the back seat and opened the front passenger door to get in. It was easy to see him now with the dash and phones lights shining on him. He was very handsome. Not only that, I could see that he already had his hard cock out of his pants. The cock was so long it touched the bottom of the steering wheel. And, he had a smile on his handsome face.
He quickly started to drive. He said that the Uber app would know that he stopped his car.
I asked him how would it be possible for us to get together for a programma while he was working. He said it was easy. He stated that when we arrive at my hotel, he sends Uber a signal that the trip is finished. Then Uber sends him a message about the next trip he has. He said he can decline a trip for a lunch or dinner or even a bathroom break. He would decline his next trip if I wanted him to come to my hotel with me.
We worked out an agreement where he would park at my hotel and how long he would stay and how much he wanted for his time to get together at my hotel. He said his fee was the same fee as I would pay in the sauna for a garoto. How could I decline that offer?
What luck to be picked up by this particular driver that knew what the building was (sauna) where I called for the ride.
Meeting this fun guy was not the biggest surprise of my life, but close to it.
EDIT: I asked him why he quit the sauna for Uber. He said that Uber is a reliable source of income (about R$2,500 monthly). The sauna pays only if he meets a paying client. He said on slow days he does not meet clients then he is out the money for his transportation, his sauna entrance fee and wasted time.

Candyman got a reaction from TotallyOz in I don't think this will be the last we hear about Peter SmithI wish I had kept a list of characters because there are so many to keep up with. This is they guy who left a suicide note that said, “NO FOUL PLAY WHATSOEVER”. He also mentioned Michael Flynn as well as Steve Bannon, Kellyanne Conway, and Sam Clovis in recruiting documents. In addition, he met with alt right troll Charles Johnson, has ties to Newt Gingrich, and worked to take down Bill Clinton with Troopergate.
What a tangled web!

Candyman reacted to Lucky in Pope Says God Made Us GayThe man who has doen the most to bring accountability to Chilean sex abuse victims, Juan Carlos Cruz, is gay. When he met at length with the Pope recently, they discussed his sexual orientation, and “He told me, ‘Juan Carlos, that you are gay does not matter. God made you like this and loves you like this and I don’t care. The pope loves you like this. You have to be happy with who you are,’” Cruz told Spanish newspaper El País. Pope said.

Candyman got a reaction from TotallyOz in RNC paid nearly half a million dollars to law firm representing Hope Hicks and others in Russia probesRNC paid nearly half a million dollars to law firm representing Hope Hicks and others in Russia probes
The Republican National Committee paid nearly half a million dollars to a law firm that represents former White House communications director Hope Hicks and others in the Russia investigations, according to a new federal filing.
The RNC's $451,780 payment to Trout Cacheris & Janis adds to the mounting legal fees associated with the investigations by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III and several congressional committees of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign.
Hicks hired Robert Trout, founder of the law firm, as her personal attorney in September, according to news reports. The report of the payments for legal and compliance services, contained in the Federal Election Commission report filed Sunday, is the first public disclosure of RNC payments to the law firm since Hicks hired Trout.
Three lawyers at the firm represent people in addition to Hicks in the investigations by Mueller and the House and Senate intelligence committees, according to the firm's website. Hicks, who was one of President Trump's most trusted and loyal aides, was interviewed by Mueller and the House and Senate intelligence panels in early 2018.

It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out and what happens to Hope Hicks. I can't think of a person in Trump's immediate orbit that I don't think isn't involved in conspiring with other governments or helping to cover up.
