This thread has turned repulsive. When it sought the truth, it was useful. Then it somehow went off the rails, from motives I still can't see. I did not know HB personally, but he delivered a great deal of value to our world.

I don't too much like that way of 'setting goals.' Instead I just start out each afternoon, see how the body feels, then push it to do a little more each day. Holistic (essentially Eastern) rather than Western quantified.
