  1. Why she doesn't look a thing like him.
  2. Wow. I don't even think of these things while traveling. Enjoy guys,I have things to do here!
  3. Bangkok seems to have lost no tourists because of the recent floods. It is crowded everywhere you go. I am switching hotels this weekend just to get away from the crowds in the Patpong area. It's like Times Square without the sidewalks. (They have them,it's just that every available inch is used for commerce.) My new hotel is 5 stars, and runs $83 a night including breakfast.I like that part of traveling to Thailand. Nowhere else could you get this quality of hotel for such a low rate.
  4. In preparation for reporting on my current trip, I obviously looked at last year's thread, and I liked what I saw. It turned out to be pretty good, if I do say so myself. So, how do I top it this year? Well, I don't. Last year's thread remains a good look at current Thailand. So this thread may attract fewer viewers, but I intend for it to be more on the lines of a travel blog than a sex and boys report. One thing I have noticed already is that the sex shows no longer hold much interest for me. When you first start seeing them, it's exciting, it's sexual- all that hard cock and cute naked guys. "My god, Bertha,is he actually fucking that boy? Right on my lap?" And he really is. Then another boy will come on stage, and that will be momentarily titillating. It's sexual for us, but after you have seen multiple shows, you realize that it is not particularly sexual for the performers. And, as with many things, you want something new. I hope that I never tire of meeting Thai guys, but sex shows I can put to the side for awhile. Many long time visitors and expats tire of the bars too. The boys seem so bored on stage. At Dream Boys the other night I noted how bored the boys seemed to be dancing on stage, if you could call it that. They are basically standing there, looking like they have other things to do. In the old days, (I have been going to Thailand since 1987) the boys actually danced. It was a unique Thai style go-go dance, with the belly snaking around lithely. It was sexy. Now I only see it in old Oggi films. When the actual show started at Dream Boys, I noted that part of the show was having the cutest boys come on stage and actually dance like they were having fun. It's a specialty now! Then they were on to the obligatory display of the huger erections, followed by a costume dance, and...wait a minute...did Lucky actually fall asleep? My god Bertha I think he really did. That's when one of the mama sans (who are actually boys, came up up me and hugged me, saying he wanted me to off him tonight! In reality, he was politely waking me up. They announced a 30 minute break, so I wisely went back to the room to sleep. But the night did include a massage at Bonny massage, the place where I had such a delightful massage last year by a real pro. This year I saw my boy as I approached. One of the other boys asked me if I wanted to see the place, so I looked at my guy and said, yes, would you like to show me? His name was Mr. A, and he had the typical sweet disposition of most Thai guys. He seemed genuinely flattered that I had chosen him, and asked basic questions before he showered me. The massage was quite good, and had its erotic moments, but, after we were done he put my hand on his penis and asked if I thought he had a nice one. I assured him that he I did indeed think so, because he did . Well, it was a trick question because the next question was "then why didn't you let me fuck you?" I said that I didn't know that he wanted to. His response was to the effect of, "well, why did you think I kept massaging around your butthole so much?" I thought that was just part of the massage. Anyway, I have a standing invitation! Finally, I did get connected with my cell phone and bought unlimited data use for a month for $25, even though I am only there 2 weeks. It still was worth it. Problem, is, I am getting addicted to this Ipad and spending too much time on it!
  5. I make daily checks on kennethinthe212.com and towleroad.com, the latter being much better, and it is my favorite.
  6. Aren't lawyers cute? Don't you just wanna pinch their cheeks?
  7. It's 3 a.m. In Bangkok and I cannot sleep. This trip has provided the worst case of jet lag in 14 journeys to Thailand. I did sleep 4" hours, it's the extra 4 I cannot get.. Thus the delay in posting details of my days. I have been doing things, I just need to get my mind organized better.
  8. Gosh, Bangkok seems so safe after reading that. On the other hand, we all want something new, and that boy sure is hot...
  9. The answer is a plain and simple no, but if I just said no, the post wouldn't count in the contest!
  10. If you are excited, then so are we. Even if for a big "maybe." I hope that you do make it. I'll be so tired of Bangkok by then!
  11. It would be great to see you posting more. Now that the initial flurry of posting is over, who knows? You might win!
  12. Any trip to the Orient begins with super long flights, My trip began at 3:30 in the morning, when after 3 hours of sleep I left for the local airport. I had a 3 hour layover in San Francisco, then two very long flights.. The first was 11 hours on All Nippon Airways. They would not provide seat assignments until 24 hours before the flight. So, when I booked the ticket, I called and explained that I was very tall and could not ride across the Pacific in a middle seat. So, when I checked 24 hours before the flight, I was pleased to see that I had an exit row seat. That gave me lots of legroom, but nowhere to put the things I wanted access to on the flight. But, I liked the legroom. The service on the flight was superb. I read two books on the flight. In Narita, the airport of,r Tokyo, I had no Japanese currency, so bought nothing, not wanting to covert for such small amounts. I hate the airport there unlike SFO, it is not very user friendly. We had to go through security again, and they confiscated a pen, which was a favorite of mine. It was a Swiss Army brand, and had a very tiny knife that opened from it. Apparently this did not bother TSA. After 3 hours at Narita we went to Bangkok, this time on United. Even though I had Economy Plus, the leg room was negligible, and for 7 hours, almost intolerable but I made it to Bangkok, arriving about 1 a.m. I walked for miles in the Bangkok airport before I found security or customs. They whizzed me thtrough and I made my way tto the taxi stand, where the lines were huge. This area is set up for meter taxis. The attendant gives your paper stating your rights as a passenger and where to call to complain. My driver wasted no time in taking that away from me, whereupon he asked if I would agree to a flat fare of 500 baht. Well, it is allmost 2 a.m., so, sure, I said. I might have saved a few bucks if I went by the meter, or, as the driver did last year, this guy could drive the long way to get his fare. So,, he was happy, I was happy, and I made it to my hotel at 2 a.m., some 30 hours after I had left home. That's enough IPad typing for now. Errors are hard to fix, and the predictive typing sometimes changes the words I type to words they think make sense, so bear with me. Hopefully my typing will get better.
  13. Has anyone taken an ED med called Staxyn? It melts on your tongue, so conceivable kissing your date could get him hard too. but it would also clog his nose and turn his face red. Oh, it doesn't work either. Truthfully, I hardly ever use this kind of stuff, but the melt on the tongue feature seemed nice. It wasn't!

I should be over the jet lag tomorrow so I can start posting about the trip!

    Lucky in Thailand

I had to be sure of a variety of factors before I could make the trip, thus no announcement. But I am here working on outsourcing my posting in an effort to win that contest!
  17. True beauty can only be found on the inside! I imagine that lighting and makeup have helped many look better than they do without such aides, but Bel Ami boys are the exceptions that allow our fantasies to be realized, despite any proof to the contrary. I once took a red-eye with Lucas Ridgeston and Johann Paulik. They looked beautiful even when they woke up in the morning. Sleepy though!

    Lucky in Thailand

In order to kdistinguish between the trip discussed here, and my present trip, I plan to give a new thread and a new title to the journal of my 2012 adventures in Thailand. Since the focus groups are not all finished in their efforts to create just the right title, and since I am still a bit jet lagged, that thread will not start immediately. Stay tuned.
  20. I plan to disclose a great deal of information on my cultural visit to Thailand, where I will be seeing the sites the temples, the Grand Palace, the rivers and klongs, the food, the smiles, and even meetups with other MER posters. That should be quite a lot, your own vicarious trip to Bangkok and Pattaya, right?
  21. Gosh, I am away a couple of days and some guys just go silly. Now, stop all of that or I will not tell you about my trip to Bangkok, where my currently jet-lagged body resides!
  22. I am using the wi-fi connection, no 3G yet. Should I check your blog for that pic yet? I am going to be offline the rest of the day...
  23. I am sure that we are all the best of friends. I know that I, for one, take the contest lightheartedly. I don't expect to have the most posts. So let's all just have fun with it!
  24. The IPad 3G with wi-fi is kind of slow. I pushed size 7 on the font and still can hardly see it!
  25. Desperate measures! In my almost sad, pathetic attempt to keep up in the posting contest, I have purchased an Ipad2. This means that I will now post every minute. Top that, EXPAT, Of course, I won't post unless I have something to say,,,won't I? Now I just have to figure out how to get the font large enough for me to see it!
