The "Don't Say Gay" bill actually failed to pass. It would have prevented discussion of homosexuality in grades kindergarten through nine. It wouldn't have banned saying the word "gay." The new bill is also just that, a bill proposed by one member of the state senate. He is trying to make it a law that if you point out that the bible says homosexuality is wrong, then you cannot be considered a bully. So if you go up to a gay guy and say that Leviticus bans sleeping with other men, that's okay, unless you are wearing a beard or a tattoo, in which case you are simply a hypocrite.
