Well, I cared enough to give my opinion. If the bulk of the members don't care enough to even cast an opinion in a poll, you don't have much loyalty to your site. There is no getting around the fact that few people participate in the forums. They are unsuccessful by any definition.

What does it cost to live in Bangkok full-time? I have little idea. A nice apartment with A/C in a good location, near mass transit would be the highest expense, I imagine. And then?

The sad reality is that not only is the site not getting reviews, only 12 of our 30,000 members have bothered to vote in this poll. I submit that we have 12 dedicated users. The site needs to consider how to expand that number. Name change may help, but someone who knows what makes sites succeed needs to consider a revamp that will ensure a long life for Boytoy. It really doesn't matter the name of a site with 12 dedicated participants. Unsuccessful would be the de facto name.

The island hopping in Phuket is wonderful.

In 14 trips to Thailand, I also have never had to show ID to get into a place.

We have not heard from RockHard this year. I hate to think that he has softened, or that some misery has befallen him. In my mind, he has made some good contributions here, and also some very funny ones. It would be nice to see him get back n the mix.

This past couple of weeks I have tried to share stories from my Rio trip, so I had several posts. Then, this morning, I got a letter from Boytoy wondering why I don't participate any more. Plain and simple, Uber is run by crooks. Giving them access to your cell phone gives them access to all of your contacts. That said, I know many people do like Uber. When I tried to use it here to go to the airport early in the morning, no driver could be found. The best part of Uber is the insanely handsome and hot guy I had at Pointe 202 last week. Many here are more qualified than I to discuss Sao Paolo's only sex worker sauna, but it has become a tradition of sorts to fly home out of Sao Paolo and take the very late nonstop. I started in Thailand in 1987, Of course it has changed, there are a lot more people who live there now. That means changes across the board. It used to be only Thai sex workers, but as their economy improved and thy didn't so much need that work, other counties sent their handsome cuties.
