Well, each person has to decide for himself how lucky he is. Many of try to be hard, but not all of us are rock hard. If the inference above is that Rock Hard is Lucky, or that Lucky is Rock Hard, then someone is not right in the head. And that someone would surely not be my friend(?) We saw it recently in another context, where people who contribute nothing to this website wanted to use it to air their grievances about a place that did not allow them to do that. Once done, they went they left, never considering that this site might offer them more than just a place to gripe.
