Dogs or Cats?
Cats definitely. Dogs are too needy for my tastes, besides my dad's grandma told him that cats ward off evil spirits and bring good luck!

Time For A Career Change
I'm fortunate enough to actually like the job I'm doing. I'll never be rich nor will I retire to Monaco, but the benefits and stability far outweigh monetary riches.

Who is your favorite porn star, past or present?
From what I hear this guys was straight and not very interactive, but something about him still gets to me after all these years.

The Grand Design
I like the idea of alternate universes where a decision made, or not made, cause an entire timeline to be created.

SeatleBottom's Itinerary
Thank you so much Steve, that's the kind of local knowledge that I was hoping to get. I'll take Polk Gulch out and add Mission to my itinerary. lookin, I don't drink alcohol but I love listening to locals talk about their city. I'll take you up on your offer.

SeatleBottom's Itinerary
In an attempt to cater to my gay compadres, I have decided that my San Francisco stay this time will be strictly limited to gay businesses. With that in mind, I will restrict my wandering to the following areas: The Castro, Polk Gulch & SOMA. I will augment this itinerary with detours into Oakland (Adam's Point & Laurel) and perhaps a day trip to Guerneville (Russian River). I would like any information you guys may have about these areas.

It was the Best of Times, It was the Worst of Times
Greenspan was largely the architect of what has happened so I don't really think he's the first person I would turn to for a prognostication in this area. I work in an area largely tied to economics and I began to see problems back in 2006. Many of the people I am in contact with are cautiously optimistic about their finances but many more see no light at the end of the tunnel.

Which Women Do You Admire?
Judith Arlene Resnik. By all rights she probably would have been America's first woman in space except that she detested interviews and publicity. She became the second American woman in space and would later die onboard the Challenger in 1986.

SeatleBottom's Itinerary
Thanks for the information Four Aces. I'm going to do a little blog on here about the trip: from planning all the way to the conclusion. My writing skills suck big time so I hope I don't mess this up too badly.

Smoking
I smoked for one glorious summer in 1981 when I was 9 years old. I'd caught my sister, who is three years older, lighting up and to keep me quiet she gave me some cigs. All came to an end when mom and dad caught us...

Movies you Hate to Love
That scene, IMHO, has only been done well once and that was at the beginning of Friday the 13th part 2. I understand what you mean about the realism part, the later Friday the 13th movies were a lot less bloody than the early ones and the kills became less realistic and original.

Re-opening at DADDY's
I tried logging in and couldn't. For some reason it really doesn't bother me, I may stay away from there for a while or forever.

SeatleBottom's Itinerary
Man, iced tea came out my nose I laughed so hard. Well I'm going to be in SAN FRANCISCO from 9.23.2010-9.28.2010. I will be staying in the SOMA section of the city. Not really into the touristy sites but would love to see Alcatraz. I speak fluent Spanish so I was thinking of seeing the Mission District. Might also be game for some information on the Oakland/East Bay area. I'll post more as the trip gets closer.

What's it gonna take to get some participation??
LOL...assuming I'm interesting, that's kinda cute. I'm basically a shy person even on the internet, I would hate to start a subject and then see it die after a few (or no) posts. I'll gladly chime in here more often though. I've got a trip to SF planned for late September and I'll try to set up an itinerary based on what the guys here think I might like.

What's your type?
For me it's a lot easier to describe what I'm not into...ahem. Don't like: less than 30, long hair, waxed, skinny and short guys.

Movies you Hate to Love
Slasher movies! I love the lame acting and can't wait until the first victim is dispatched.

What's it gonna take to get some participation??
I can't speak for others but I rarely participate in the forums because most of the topics are not of interest to me. It does seem though that the escorts are a lot more active on the other site and it's usually one of their posts which starts either a fan fawn or flame war.
