  1. So American to think the their approved FDA drugs are superior quality than those produced in other countries. I have been consuming generic viagra for years, and it works perfectly. I did not notice any difference when I switched from the original brand. In Buenos Aires you can buy it in neighborhood pharmacies without a prescription. That is the secret, at least in Argentina: do not go to pharmacy chains but to small hood stores.
  2. We live in a multiverse, my friends. We cancel each other. What we (I) find outrageous in Gaetz, millions find admirable. Oh, and about the debate on whether or not Jews are a race, are we not talking semantics? Although Whoopi was clearly confused, and even when the USA census may disagree, Jews were a race for the Nazis. It does not matter what we think that race is or is not.
  3. I am sad you did not have a good experience in Salvador. Based in your comment about the beach, I do not think you explored much. You are on point on the sauna scene, it cannot compete against Rio.
  4. I love the Argentine name for these hotels: albergue transitorio (temporary shelter).
  5. You'll be arriving into de Porteña Spring. You will love it.
  6. I was in Rio in November 2020, with almost no international flights and the city empty of foreigners. My experience was definitely impacted by COVID, as I wanted. I wanted to experience ghostly airports and a Rio full of locals and with almost no aliens. I understand everything is back to normal now. Back then, my saunas experience was not impacted other than wearing masks, as you said. My overall experience was impacted because of my precautions, but if I traveled today I would be willing to take risks I was not ready to take in 2020. @Primeone385,If you are not over concerned about getting infected and having to deal with potential unexpected traveling challenges, go. You will have a great time.
  7. Have you tried EyeFilmz'? It is the perfect addition to your subscription to Rhyheim's. His OnlyFans. My report. His new twitter.
  8. That almost sounds like a Jean Genet's fantasy.
  9. Yes, just be extremely careful. I can easily mingle, and never wear anything expensive, anything that could make me a tempting prey. And yet, I was and am very cautious. If you look as an outsider and/or wear anything expensive, do not go alone, or even better just do not go to seedy places. We may be disregarding an important circumstance. When I hang out in Praça da República I was in my mid 20s, very close to the boys' age. As now I am an older gentleman (although unbelievably sexy), I would be extra cautious when exploring these places.
  10. The city, the geography, and the local culture are amazing. If you look in my blog, there are detailed reports about the saunas. I went for Christmas/NY, it was hot as hell and I got sick, and yet had a great time. It is a city that I always keep as a possible destination, and to stay there for a few months once I am retired.
  11. Look for Praça da República. I was there back in the 80s. All my friends recommended me to avoid the area. Fortunately, I ignored their advise and hang out there before and after going to a nearby disco. I am not sure of the dance club name, I think it was Homo Sapiens. I made a few acquaintances in the Praça and ended hiring the first GP of my life, and the only one for several decades. He took me to a seedy hotel a couple of blocks away, and delivered not very good sex. Sweet memories.
  12. Do not blame the phones. They are an amazing tool even in the sauna. In crowdy days we text each other with the garotos, we exchange WhatsApp, Instagrams, they are part of their life and I am trying to adapt to the new times.
  13. Uh... My comment above was not intended to refute your own comments. I was just sharing my experience.
  14. Out of all the saunas I explored in my few visits to Brazil, only one in Salvador had a very strict policy banning the use of cell phones. Not only taking pictures was banned, they would confront you if your phone was visible. In all other saunas everyone would go around using their phones, clients and garotos. I have taken pictures and filmed performances in both, Pointe and Club 117, and no one confronted me. I was not hiding while I was filming, and I was not the only one doing it. For instance, this gif is made out of a 45 seconds video I took in 117.
  15. I did not do any trade in the saunas, and no one ever offered me anything there. I bonded with a couple of sauna boys, we hang out at my place, and they got the treats in one occassion. During another trip I hooked up with a sauna boy who was also dealing, we left the sauna to get some treats from his place, and then ended partying in my nest. About consume, in the saunas we only sniffed some of the stuff we purchased somewhere else, and I did not smoke weed because I was drinking and the mix of cannabis and alcohol is not good for my spirit. I do not remember smelling pot, but smelling pot is something that I can easily ignore and forget about, as it is normal to me.
  16. About drugs, just use your common sense. I am getting a prejudiced vibe here. I know many people do not make a distinction, or do not believe in the distinction between users and abusers, but I do. Let's hope you are not counting mariguana as a drug. Besides breathing in a cloud of pot in all my trips to Brazil (except my first one to Salvador), a few times I have shared cocaine with a few garotos that I assessed reliable and safe .
  17. I think we are more aware now than we were before about privacy issues. Not only we, the photographers, but also the garotos have a better understanding.
  18. Not true. Good advice for any visitor in any big city in Latin America, and in many big cities around the world, USA included. There are plenty of safe places South of the Rio Grande where you would be absolutely safe.
  19. https://www.instagram.com/p/CYXePDJPBaO/ Seven is open.
  20. Do you back this source? In my experience, Gringos over estimate threats in South America and under estimate them in the USA. For instance, Laureles in this source shows as an area where you must practice "elevated caution". However, in mi research I have found unanimous opinions that Laureles is a safe hood. I am even considering renting my airbnb in there.
  21. I was not VERY DISAPPOINTED like @JKane but disappointed indeed. Are you fond of Isaac Asimov, @TotallyOz? If you were not familiar with his novels, that may explain why you were not disappointed at all.
  22. STATION ELEVEN, in HBO-MAX. Post apocalyptic fiction with a Shakespearean touch. EXCELENT.
  23. Perhaps you want to contact Radiorob, the guy behind the changes. He is very resourceful and friendly, I am sure he will not mind sharing information.
