When I like an airbnb offering that states the no visitors policy, I always reach out to the host. I never had any issues other than sometimes my visitors had to get registered. This is not an issue for me and has never been a problem for my visitors. Ask the host before booking.

Well, that's a Sci Fi classic dystopian landscape. I do not know whether that will happen or any of the alternative dystopian futures, but I am pessimistic. Most people seem to be choosing the individualist way, even when it may be selfless. I am not wired to believe in individualist solutions. I, myself, am giving up. At 62, I am not trying to change the world any longer and instead I am focusing on myself. I have lots of things to get better at. Meanwhile, even if everything is going to hell, I am thrilled at what is happening. And by the way, I am (was) rather an anti-capitalist than an anti-communist. Both systems have pros and cons. About the second part, I share your concern. As an educator I can see everyday how we are disintegrating in anomia and amorality. Rather than condemning Luigi, which would be scapegoating, I choose to reflect on how we need radical reforms in our economic systems. The radical immorality of a few making enough money to buy planets, while an overwhelming majority of honest workers cannot pay their rent or feed their children after working 12 hours daily, it is a sure recipe for social disintegration and terrorist actions.
