I’ve used their services before they do both but in general a lot of apartments in hotels are wearily about allowing guests inside. At least if the apartment has a “portería” which is basically a receptionist/security.

I always feel much more safe with physical locations unless I hire through someone I know.

As someone who lived in Bogota, I always prefer going to a location even if you hire from a location like a Gigolo House or Theatron and I know a brother here. Anytime you invite someone black that’s either a stranger or you don’t know where they work you enter a risk. If you hire them from somewhere and they know that you know where they work they are less likely to act up. When hiring from Mileroticos you enter a ton of risks with zero protection.

Yes, the club is open again. They closed for 2 weeks over the New Year holiday -- guess everyone was tired as Christmas season in Colombia is an intense non-stop party.

I joined Fercho WA List and received tons of pictures of their offerings. I was disappointed, their boys are not at all attractive to me. Only one out of ten, or even less, seem to be hirable for me. This was not like that a few years ago, when I attempted a contract with one of their boys and failed. Back them they had much hotter guys their portfolio.

I' saying this as someone who has been there who has friends there that are there illegally. Many of the studios are run by the cartel. Again I have numerous friends that still live and work there and a few that are now here in the US. Many Venezuelans in Cucuta dont even have a passport. Cucuta is close to the border of Venezuela so they can easily there. 

Be safe in Cucuta. I went there with a friend who lived there and had a great time. It's a small town but pretty dangerous because a lot o Venezuelans illegally live there especially ones from Chaturbate and other web companies.

Well my 5 weeks in Colombia just gone like it was nothing. I'm leaving Bogota today and here are my final thoughts. 
First of all, many thanks to all guys on this forum for all the tips and recos, I wouldn't make it without you👍
I think for a beginner Bogota should be the starting point, it feels the safest out of all places I've been to in Colombia, has plenty of paid and unpaid guys with reasonable prices, lovely weather and lots to see in and outside the city. 
I stayed 1w in Cedritos, which was clean and lovely, safe and just enjoyable but it's residential so only local unpaid guys around you, however paid guys were happy to visit Cedritos on request. I managed to meet ppl from Tinder and Grindr, which felt totally safe, local guys are very keen to meet a foreigner. My 2nd week was in Unilago area north of Chapinero, and it felt different, still relatively safe but too many ppl and untidy, although lots of paid and unpaid guys around. 
My last week I just dated one guy from tinder, which was unpaid and he paid everywhere for himself(except when it was too expensive to eat because I wanted to go to a fancy place so I'd pay). Met lots of guys in their 20s, although I'm more after mid age guys, I found those young ones that were bigger and more "masculine" looking so I was happy with the choice. 
Had a few trips around the city and the countryside looks just like a mix of England and Gran canaria which is really unexpected and I enjoyed those little towns and villages very much, they all felt safe and touristy. 
I mostly met with unpaid guys in Bogota but the paid ones were happy to go down to 100-140 COP (after seeing my pics) and I found a few really hot guys there as the choice is vast. The guys in Bogota both paid and unpaid were much stricter on condoms and many rejected even knowing I'm on Prep+doxy, it was a strict NO, however they were guys who were okay to fuck without condoms, but a clear difference Vs other cities in Colombia. 
Overall, I think I over panicked before coming here, basic precautions like wearing what locals are wearing an staying In safe areas was enough for me to have no issues whatsoever. I survived without Spanish just fine, offline Google translate did the job.
I'm surprised with how many guys were genuinely interested to meet, to chat, to go to touristy places, without any financial interest just because I'm a European and they are curious, I was not expecting that. I had more sex in those 5 weeks than I had in the last 2 years lol, probs too much and 4 weeks would be enough.

Fercho's is still hosting monthly finca parties. He posts the events on his WhatsApp. Tickets are 100.000COP and any activities with the boys are additional cost.  The last event (Jan 18) was in Barbosa, about 45 minutes north of Medellín.
El Sillón Rojo has also advertised finca events, but I suspect those are more of an open orgy-sex event and not with scorts, although they do feature different hosts daily who are there to get the sex started.
There are also several active sex clubs and sex events around Medellín.  The Angel's Naked Party is hosting a big event in February in Centro. So plenty of options.
