Well at least Adam keeps everything under 1 thread. It suits me better than Avalon on M4M who creates a new thread for each topic of interest to him. That is easily 10 new threads per day.

10 hour layover in Bogota
Tartegogo replied to Tartegogo's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
Thanks guys. My question was about the hassle, the process and how many free hours I would end up enjoying in the city center, not whether Bogota itself is worth it. That, I know. From what you say it looks like I could end up with a little bit more than 5:30 hours in the city, versus 4:30 hours in the process (Uber, security, immigration, waiting at the gate, etc ) Seems worth it. -
10 hour layover in Bogota

1) Final dest is Rio 2) Same airline for both flights (avianca) and it would be just one single booking. That is, if I actually book this flight. -
For those who have tried that: Would it be worth getting out of the airport and visiting the city? The airport seems very close to the center. But mainly my question is about: - is the immigration process in Colombia (in and out) so painful that it kills the opportunity? - can I just leave my luggage in their transit system and I don’t have to pick it up at the carrousel even if I leave the airport, or is this breaking some sort of rule? Thanks!

That explains a 1993 rate at the minimum possible in their system. Not very clever, but not everyone has time to clean up data on a free website.

Given the handle he chose, none of the above are as good a fit as Lucky Luke’s comics final strip, riding away from everyone he just helped, towards the setting sun. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucky_Luke

Delta almost free tickets to Zurich
Tartegogo replied to tassojunior's topic in European Men and Destinations
Seems Tasso is not alone for having observed this behaviour. I was also very disappointed back in 2012 by the attitude of a group of Romanian hustlers in a hustler bar in Vienna. That is my only experience. There must be some sort of organised “ring” that causes them to aggregate and then share a common behaviour like this, when abroad. I mean, it is not as if Romanians in Romania are any worse than Italians in Italy. -

Pointe is my favorite sauna at present time
Tartegogo replied to Tomcal's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
That’s a fair observation They should use the cabin-waiting-time to get to know their client better, work on him, and maybe land themselves an overnight :-) -

Tartegogo replied to Tomcal's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
I think it started because of the free cabins at 117 on Tuesdays (I am not sure if It is still the case, but it was in dec 17). This attracted the local clients who prefer not to pay for cabins, so more clients on that day, and in turn, the GPs understood they can find more clients on Tuesday if they go to 117. So as a result there are more GPs on Tuesday, which in turn attracts even more clients, etc. until you have supply/demand market saturation. -

Too many things in one post! 12 answers went through my mind. Don’t know how to respond and not appear like I am overanalysing this. So I guess it is just... come back when you miss us?

Thanks! So not very common to have one. But definitely under (poor) cover. -

Really, so anyone can knows who they are? They are not really under cover? Well then if that is the case, not much of what I was saying is relevant. Please ignore me! -

Sorry, I didn’t mean to say anything about looks. Did I? I am thinking they might use travel history, employment, social media activity, etc. to decide where to sit the air marshall. After all, the air Marshall has to sit next to someone. Why not maximise the chance of uncovering something, even if only by a small percentage , rather than waste his flight, giving him no surveillance role at all. What I mean is, if an air marshall has to be present on a flight, then use him to look at someone of potential interest, in the lounge (since he has to blend in anyway, he will be waiting with everyone else) and then on the plane. But if having no air Marshall at all is a safe option, then I understand why people complain that it is a waste of money to assign one, the chances are really slim that anything will come out of this. So for me the question is: is the air Marshall present anyway, in the lounge, and on most flights? -

Gentlemen is in upper case because they were the ones participating in that particular conversation. The Ladies stayed out of it, but the admin realised the message was for everyone. Frankly given the situation, I could have written this way. Call me a sexist asshole too.

The Air Marshal has to be on the flight for safety reasons.. So the fact that he is sitting next to you doesn’t cost more to the taxpayer. When there is no real threat on a flight, they must put the marshal next to the odd-est passenger, the one most likely to be a foreign spy or to be an interesting subject for any other reason. This way the marshall’s presence and report could be not totally wasted tax payer’s money, some intelligence could come from it. If there is a potential terrorist on a flight, the air Marshall will follow him around, instead. -
No, it means a percentage are Ladies, not Gentlemen, or non-binary.

Hey @caeron, was it paragliding or handgliding? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paragliding https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hang_gliding or are both available?
