  1. Sorry, you are correct, I meant the private curtained areas at GEH (Bogotá). Thanks for the info and the reconnaissance. I think it makes sense for me to pay a dancer directly in cash. In Mexico City I found it complicated when everything had to go on a runnng tab (or even in Colombia if you pay by credit as-you-go to the dancer). In Mexico City there were squadrons of staff in your face along with the dancer to make sure everyone got their cut ... annoying. In NYC in some places you pay a fee to enter the private area, each time you take a dancer in. Canada is the simplest and fairest to the dancers. It appears that in Colombia that model can apply. At Theatron I would likely tend to slip a generous tip and note to a go-go I like when he is not actually on stage. The joke is that that gratuity would likely be astronomical by their standards. I understand the Bogotá climate is quite cool even in March the warmest month. It appears that Medellin-bound from Bogotá the plane has to begin its descent almost as soon as it reaches cruising altitude.
  2. You mentioned "card" for tips. I assume this also means that a private dance sequence is also put on your tab? What are the details of the tab procedure? I do not comprehend whether you pay as you go for drinks and dances, like strip clubs North America, or they track your drinks and private dances for final payment when you leave, like the spa brothels in Brazil (except in Brazil you pay cash to your trick). But at Theatron, if there is "negotiation" with the dancer how does the agreed fee get transmitted to the house staff for the overall club tab. Please walk us through how to prepare for the adventure with cash and/or credit in hand.
  3. My guess is paper notes with contact info.
  4. The ad indicates Friday 18th but, yeah, it makes sense it is longer. I am curious if it is an all-inclusive fixed price. Might have been my cup of tea circa 1979. One thing that irks me is that they use the same Facebook profile name in their ads, but that page is outdated 5 years, maintains the incorrect address, and even a recent visitor post does not correct the location. How hard can it be for management to fix this? Does not inspire one to expect solid orgy-anization skills for a pop-up Bacchanalian retreat.
  5. Never been to Colombia. Researching for upcoming trip. I plan to get by with translate app and a few key language basics. That worked well in Brazil prior to upticking my Portuguese, but the clubs there with commercial sex workers may be more structured and with more staff to keep things under control. I do not know the rates of bilingualism in Colombia.
  6. Dorff is underused. Made somewhat of a comeback in the excellent film Somewhere (2010) but that movie did not get a whole lot of attention. Glad to see him dusted off, a good fit for True Detective.
  7. Both are pinned correctly in Über, so you should just have to put in the name of the establishment.
  8. Tobi ... Cl 47 is also Calle Bomboná.
  9. Some searches (eg FB) yield a previous (incorrect) address for Fercho. Tartegogo also provided the correct location in the listings here. It is #24 on Cra 43 (aka Carrera Girardot) just north of Cl 54 (aka Calle Caracas). Or Cra 43 #54-24. The building numbers there characteristically have a prefix designating the cross street. By rights there should be a hyphen after the prefix, some buildings do and others don't, but everyone there knows the system.
  10. That explains why screaming queens are among the healthiest mentally.
  11. Just go to the top one of the three pinned threads under Latin America ... Colombia full list of hot spots.
  12. No, just Brazil several times past several years. Frankly, Bogotá is the priority so I am glad to hear you're having a hoot. I prefer to spread out various city visits over multiple travels if I take a shine to the country itself. Rather than tiring myself out getting to all the worthwhile places in one go, I can get to Bogotá in 10 hours from my front door and go straight to an evening venue for fun. In contrast, 14 hours from my house to Thermas Barcelona jet-lagged action; 25--30 hours from my house to Rio brothel action Be sure to report, if possible, on Gigolo Erotic House upstairs from Banos St. Moritz. I wonder if it is the same group of providers that migrates from the sauna up to the club later in the day.
  13. He sent me a couple of promising photos, including the Theatron guy. Enough to support a side-trip when I book Bogota.
  14. Thanks! I don't mind sifting through the entire photo catalogue.
  15. I have the Whatsapp for Fercho but I worry that Google Translate will fail me. My Spanish is nil. What would be the most accurate and efficient wording for: "I will visit soon. I like bigger muscular guys. May I see some photos?" The words 'culturista' and 'musculoso' come to mind, but might miss the mark. I do not think 'no boyish twinks' translates well, and I want to avoid being offensive. If the guy is handsome and built my needs are quite easy to meet. Por favor and gracias.
  16. I am 60% through. I found I had to give it a chance at first and the high Rotten Tomatoes rating helped me to stick with it beyond Ep.1. Cheesy, but fun guessing the plot arc. There is so much compelling TV to keep up with!
  17. I saw the dinosaur cartoon elsewhere recently. Cute. Coincidence (a remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances without apparent causal connection). Yikes, the dictionary is no help simplifying. I am doomed to rely on complex terms! I only yesterday set my PVR to record NOVA - "Day the Dinosaur Died" (PBS). Anyway, what I am trying to say is, badly perhaps, is that is the coincidence. Or is it simultaneousness, contemporaneity, concomitance? HELP!
  18. Oh, a thousand pardons. I was able to negotiate to have my straitjacket removed if I agreed that the cluster of Earl's Court and area buildings (top right) represents apartment buildings, something I never questioned, but that the street block of Victorian townhouses (bottom left) also represents an apartment building within which the 32 Nevern Place townhouse represents an apartment number. Of course, this now puts me between a rock and a hard place since upon my release I potentially face the local Nevern Square Residents Association having me committed.
  19. Here is the reason I support the 60-minute limit: Edits allow for simple corrections in spelling, etc, but there is also scope for additions, deletions, amendments, what have you. I will often note the timing of another's post and wait the 60 minutes to ensure I am not responding to a post that was subsequently altered and, therefore, might make alphabet soup out of my content. What if I too quickly and impulsively bitch-slap someone who bitch-slapped me, then they retracted and my burn stands alone?! In many cases if you are a little late to the edit party your correction can be made in a post that follows immediately, if not exactly consecutively, the one you wish to alter. If there is a much longer window for edits the thread flow risks being usurped by contributions that are nonsensical because they are predicated on others' content that no longer exists in the original form. Of course, for those who have a meaningful existence and do not live on the board, a longer edit window would pose less of a problem.
  20. Exactly. Image along the theme of barmy does apply here. Equating a street address number with a flat or apartment unit number, and equating a street block of houses with an apartment building ... both clearly signs of being 'off one's trolley'. Response as feeble as the mail delivery would be in this case, particularly instruction manuals in the postal carrier bag that are intended to give concise directions to obscure establishments. Perhaps Mary Poppins will come to the rescue. She might even recommend collaboration for clarity.
  21. If I understand correctly, this means scanning all of North America for Miami-based and second guessing where they reside?! Then there is a telltale clue to go by? I am not about to pay to chat simply to discover if a North American profile actually works out of a city in another continent. It is easier for me to meet attractive Colombians in Spain. I want to visit Bogota etc, but I am not particularly looking for average trade at low two-figure rates.
  22. Piping in ... in case there is confusion, #32 is the street address for the 5-story rowhouse. There is no apartment building per se unless you consider each address a mini-building. Each address (ie, 30, 32, 34) is a Victorian townhome's street number in the traditional full-block contiguous pattern. Not all of them display the street number that technically corresponds to the address. Most are converted into a handful of flats that are independently owned on leasehold basis. In this case the flat number is simply Bsmnt, but you can see it on the plaque. And as the OP states, the red door down below the wrought-iron. Have fun.
  23. Interesting. Sometimes muscular to some observers means physical definition. I should clarify (for MMV sake) that my standard is not necessarily jacked bodybuilder though classic physique category (not during spray-paint and competition dehydration) is of interest to me. I am simply scanning for a kg:cm (lb:cm) weight-height ratio of .45:1 (1:1), baseline 6 ft and slightly less weight requirement as height value descends. Shorter fellows interested in physique development can usually gain faster and more easily. However, 5'8" well proportioned at 165-175 lbs (age 20-35) and conventionally handsome can potentially turn my head. But 10 words of verbal description, yours or mine, is not the 1,000 embedded in an image, is it? I would need more information before attempting to get my hands on your particular type of equatorial rare-specimen butterfly net.
  24. You are in the correct section and your assessment about body type is accurate. I can concur based on about eighteen months of regular checking and maybe two or three profiles catching my eye. I will go to Colombia soon and have written off CB as a resource. Anyway, saves me the hassle of attempting to make arrangements. Other contributions here have been useful. I will definitely check out St Moritz and Gigolo Erotic same building.
  25. On CB chances are slim to none.
