It appears that if you go to edit a post within the allowable time ... I think it is still 60 minutes ... save it, then decide you want to make an additional change, the original change is nullified. Therefore, I believe for every additional edit you will want to redo all of the changes.

Does this article make you proud of America?
Riobard replied to mvan1's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
A newspaper closer to his home base. May be sloppy reporting. Or perhaps they were offenses that emerged following initial imprisonment. In any case, not the best 'poster boy' for this deportation trend. One article reports four (adopted?) brothers but the family photo depicts two brothers and two sisters, all apparently younger. Though I do not know the gender of the minors assaulted. Question is: how did he make it through nearly a decade behind bars as a convicted "pedophile". He may have some survival skills. -

Actually, four child sexual assault convictions in his early twenties. -
Lagoa, another disappointing "busy" night

If he's organized, Papi Musculoso can burn the candle at both ends, not shy about advertising public domain where the pay-per-view-and-book is better, as well as experienced in assembly-line work where lower pay accumulates. I don't know if these folks have too much interest in Miró, Gaudí, Güell, Dalí, etc. May (pitifully) think La Rambla and La Barceloneta are the cat's meow and all there is. A tall muscular handsome friend (Mineiro? he said so, anyway) of a well-known Brazilian global export who rakes it in primarily via escort sites, though reportedly at Lagoa in winter (the friend, that is) was at Thermas one evening recently. I think he is based in Barcelona but pursuing model and 'softer' entertainment work, perhaps reluctant at this point to advertise formally. In any case, I have not seen any ads featuring him. I don't think he was pleased at offer bids opening at €40 when his friend's pricetag is apparently several (5-10?) multiples of that and supports a quasi-jetset lifestyle. He was charming as fuck sealing the deal ... I apply value-based pricing and neither really lowball especially if I am under budget due to slim pickings nor overbid and invite gouging ... but then in private he got all Viserion (after the ice-dragon transform), started with up-sell attempts that I declined. He was sexy enough I could get off but he had enough attitude to part the Mediterranean. A few other hot South Americans were much more fun and earned more off me. -

The Singing Nun song I was thinking about is the French-language "Dominique" ... 'he crosses Europe up and down', but always willing to allow hot air propulsion open up the perspective. -

She may be complicit. Her selfies project more Stormy Daniels than Singing Nun ... and with two Frenchies to support at any personal cost in an endless economic downturn ... -

Kkkkkkk ... he means business, already advertising as of today, as "GAY"!!!! LMAO. He may be getting some destaque coaching, but not sure where his (their) head is at. Although it could mean screening out a customer base other than gay male. -
If you are 45-50 and getting with 21--25 year olds, you are clearly old enough to be their father. Beyond that, the notion of a gradient of age difference based on the breadth of that spread representing progressively greater pathos is nothing more than desperate denial. An attempt to set oneself uniquely apart from all the other aging farts peppering the gay graveyard yet still sucking back oxygen. As if there is an arbitrary upper limit to how many generations apart is respectable. Once that differential between legal age and the added average age of first-time parent is reached it is a level line of silly (or not). That guy in twenty or thirty years be humming If I Could Turn Back Time while navigating his walker on the 117 stairs. Put up to 50 rationalization candles on his cake. Horny knows no expiry date. Wake up and smell the café de manhã. In other words, Herbert'll like at 75 what he likes at 45 ... 21 year olds. His arousal template wasn't programmed at birth to defer sex until his middle years in order to maintain a 45 year spread and begin drooling and jacking at the local perinatal unit. Sheesh.

PS: com local implies they have a place to host, but do not just go anywhere your 'small head' leads you.

The volume of garoto inventory keeps the price-point stable. That, in turn, reduces the chances of manipulative over-the-top up-sell if you date one off premises. It is his job to take a shot at milking your billfold, beyond the prying eyes and ears of staff, peers, and customers, but he will have a sense of what is ridiculously out of bounds and what you know about fee standards. It does not make sense to limit your fishing to Grindr when there are now over 200 São Paulo ads and 120 Rio ads on garotocomlocal.com.br

Technically, the hosts must register with the National Tourism Registry and Airbnb HQ supports the compliance. I did a quick initial search of one in Chapinero and the long text description confirmed the proper registration was in place. Likely best to vet your choice accordingly.

Mercure looks nice, but the penalty-free cancellation option seems to puts the price 2-3 times many decent airbnb apartments in the area. I suppose it comes down to hosting guests, always "iffy" for airbnb, but not a priority for me. Surprisingly, many of the apartments walkable to StM-GEH are huge with more bedrooms than needed.

I have basically the same question. To clarify, Mercure was guest-friendly?

USA to Brasil. Which airport?
Riobard replied to Bucknaway1614502762's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
The key point is to be aware that you have to clear immigration, get baggage unless only carry-on, clear customs, and deposit checked luggage at the domestic transfer point that might be a different terminal (there are 3 at GRU). This is best done on the same ticket in case the booking did not provide sufficient time leeway. Be advised that cabin weight restrictions are stricter for domestic flights.. I have, alternately, stayed in São Paulo a few days, stayed overnight but within the 24-hour limit (from arrival to domestic departure) in order to have the integrated ticket, or pushed through to the transfer immediately. The latter meaning usually arriving in Rio in the afternoon for typical check-in time anyway. But I believe you may arrive very early morning depending on first transfer point in USA. Here's hoping the new relaxed entry requirements will eventually lead to more direct flights. -
San-HOE-Domingo, Dominican Republic

I walked to JBB one late afternoon to check it out. About halfway there, from the park as starting point it is just a few minutes, a hot local was going in that same general direction and I faked not knowing whether I was on the right track. He directed me but went on a different route elsewhere, looking back smiling. Nobody near his looks was there and I didn't return. -
Taking the commuter train for next to nothing from Central station (where Metro and trains intersect) to Bangu station and exiting to the pedestrian bridge, direction south, along with other shoppers to the rather high-end Bangu Shopping might not be so bad and would be cheap. You would need to be conscious of Sunday running schedules and the rail train destination split mid-way, as well as Shopping hours. Exiting north pedestrian bridge will take you to fairly dense market-type commercial area. The walk west in the direction of the highway overpass to the club is not far but would quickly take you into dodgy no-man's-land along that stretch. Perhaps one could take Über the short distance to the club from Shopping. There are likely several drivers. Personally, on balance, I would not go to this club because of the risk factors and the garoto type not matching my specifications.

I think there may be some confusion between Princesa and Principe. The latter caters to older men and I do not think it has trade. I had reported last April (2018) that Gran Via had closed. However, it apparently re-opened May 2018 under new management. If I had known then, I would have swung by May 2018 when visiting and staying very nearby. I believe that Gran Via offers "body-to-body massage". I interpret this to be structured house-managed commercial sex services, in contrast to Adan fairly nearby which has free-agent trade. I can only completely verify Adan's characteristics.

Barcelona and Uber (Sauna Thermas)
Riobard replied to mvan1's topic in European Men and Destinations
There is major noisy roadwork going on at a few intersections where I notice some hotels front Calle de la Diputació. For example, the Leonardo at #100, just a bit east of Thermas. Where there is obstruction there is impatient beeping as well. My thought was that it might be prudent, for visitors whose focus is L'Eixample area, to book a few initial nights, getting the lay of the land, before a longer commitment is made. -
Met with him there at Thermas fairly recently. Most of his photos are professionally stylized and posed, and in which he has a nut-brown deep tan. I had his number in my contacts in case Thermas was to have been a bust (that is another story). It took me a minute to make the connection between the ads and in-the-flesh in the darkish hall. Creamy white pre-tan as he tends to visit Brasil in (our) summer. Jr is extremely cute, looks continental Portuguese, beautiful body, comes across without guile, unassuming, and without the loud-mouth swagger of some others of his country-of-origin. He was just there the one night of my few weeks, as far as I can tell. His English limited but I sense he would be a good candidate for side-trip accompaniment. Remains in the running for best-in-show. Love.

Another blow to Brazil's economy
Riobard replied to mvan1's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
I understood the comment related to the age group mainly impacted to be linked to the assumption about garoto inventory, not intended to downplay the negative overall economic consequences. But that said, grandsons of the pink-slipped ... ? -
The published article is bothering me because there are dozens of researchers collaborating and not one of them, or the periodical's peer reviewers, caught the error in the Introduction, in which their incorrectly provided (or typed erroneously in the manuscript submission) figures suggesting that the 'stable, contained' prevalence in the Brasilian general population is greater than 10 times that of young men, and greater than 50 times that of male youth (late teens). By extension, the error puts the subgroup-specific by general population prevalence rates at about .037% and .0074% respectively. These would be considered puny stats outside of wildfire Ebola or SARS. In any case, a government sycophant in the current political climate with half a brain can spin the data just as easily, or capitalize on the errors and inconsistencies, promoting a dismissive attitude about increased infection rates in tandem with gay-'blashming'. Moreover, some of the references do not seem to fit the content. This is sometimes more often the case when a 'reference manager' program or OCD human editor is not utilized for numbered references as opposed to alphabetical by first author. Oh well, maybe the report will yield some heightened awareness and action.
