Muscle factory is not air conditioned , I don't like it I have been to every gym in Pattaya as I do powerlifting 🏋🏿‍♂️🏋🏿‍♂️ I had to start cardio too ...despite powerlifting a few times a week for years ,I went to a boxing class and could only last 10 minutes before I got out of breath🌬️🌬️💨

They scampered , both wearing man bags 🫩 the cheers of all the tattooed Aussies who bought me a beer later , I felt a kind of liberated after that , a freedom of expression and it felt so good 🍺
