Many say that it supposedly is insulting when Thai's say you are a butterfly and they treat you "differently" whatever that means.
But correct "butterfly" would be better for me, to avoid getting hooked (thinking i could outsmart these boys would be foolish, so i wont give them the time to work me)

Good point, but let me tell you this. I saw many people around me die from Cancer the last few years, young people (30-40-50).
All said the same : "I wish i had taken more time to do the things i love."
I love travel and i love Handsome men 😆. I'm not so much "afraid", just want to be aware and informed.
My worst fear is to die old in a chair and in my own country where i was never happy.

You don't have to take Prep every day, the sex clinic doctor told me if you know U gonna have s X then take 2 the day before apparently and one on the day , something like that anyway 

That's excellent advice. I recall only two occasions during my Butterfly Days when I incurred the wrath of mbs; both of them claimed that I'd promised to see them and failed to do so.
Some guys are short of money and live day-to- day and so their sensitivity on this issue is understandable. I learnt to be more careful with my casual remarks. 

My biggest tip to prevent jealousy is don't make any promises, go with a guy and have a good time but don't promise to see them tomorrow. Tomorrow if you decide to see them again just show up, don't leave them waiting for you expecting the off.
I still get some looks from certain boys if I pick someone else from their bar the next night, but it's not that common, i suspect it's usually an act.

In 44 trips I have never seen a loss of face due to my butterflying. Examples of making Thai people lose face (so to be avoided) include interfering with their property, using the f.. word at them, using a scornful tone, gross undertipping, or being angry and rude. 

Please confirm or deny these 2 questions :
1 : Thai/Asian Boys dont like French Kissing (kissing with tongue). I read this on a few forums, now for me French Kissing is important, its a deal breaker if they refuse. So how do i make clear i want French Kissing ? Do they have a Thai word for it ? How common is it they refuse kissing ?
2 : Besides kissing, Oral sex is my favorite to Give. But going to a very active place like Pattaya, people tell me to use protection. Now for sex i agree, but oral sex with a condom to me is like eating ice cream with the wrapping on...It makes no sense to me and i simply hate it (unless they create Dick flavour). I never got any STD from unsafe oral sex. What is your experience ? Any bad experience from unsafe oral sex in Thailand ? (Not that it would change my mind, just curious)

Yes Max, every time I return home after several weeks in Pattaya indulging in risky gay sex, I worry that this time the odds on developing a sexual related disease will have caught up on me. I’ve indulged in unprotected anal sex on occasions there in the past 20 years and oral every time. Well at least it goes away with medicine 👍. Since "permanent" STD's from Oral are limited, i usually take the risk if nothing visible is shown. Gotta do what you love in life afterall. I'm not even sure i will do a GOGO Bar. On 1 side its a ritual i feel i should do on my 1st trip, but i already met many Thai/Lao boys on Social Media and with higher prices etc (pushy Mama-san's). Not sure i will do it.

Over the last 20 years of visiting Pattaya I have always enjoyed kissing gay Asian boys, both in bed and also in gay bars and on Dongtan beach. You're over thinking the whole thing. If a bar boy calls you a butterfly, he isn't being kind to you. He's pissed off you wont be paying him more money to see him again, but another boy instead. Boys here can be very direct with their words. You get used to it.  

As for friends, you won't get any issues out and about. It may well happen that some boys wont go with you if you have been with their best friend the night before. But that's on the boy and nothing for you to worry about. Just smile and move on. 

You may be new to boy bars, but the boys here have seen it all 100 times before. Agree on activities and money before you leave the bar, and keep your word. Really, that's all the boys want you to do. They are working after all.
