I was brought into one of their rooms which was basic but had an ensuite shower. Payment was collected after the session (the session can be paid by card, no extra surcharges. Tips only by cash). 
The masseur came in around 10 - 15 mins late, which was slightly annoying but the session wasn't cut short which is good. First impression was that his body is exactly the type I like and is even better than the picture.  Looks wise, he is good looking but I wouldn't say he is the classic handsome type. 
He has a chatty friendly personality which I actually preferred, but he did say some customers don't like it 🤭
I had a pretty interesting conversation with him about his experience with different clients and he seems amenable to some pretty questionable requests 😅
Massage wise was average but I wasn't really here for a massage 🫣
However, his 🌬 skills were really quite good tho and he was pretty enthusiastic 🙈

depends on the massuer and what you want to do with them. usually they will strip naked and jerk you off with min tip. like a couple of hundreds.   mine had asked for HK$1000 and i bargain it down to about $600, for this i made him shoot and sucked him off.
 

What are the average tips?

It should be against the law to have counter dancing in shorts...the only acceptable outfit should be thongs...the more skimpy the better🤭

Actually based on my past experience,  the front desk don't bat an eye if you bring guests back. They are very non-judgemental 🤭  
The comfy rooms have safe deposit boxes. Just don't book the standard rooms which are bare basics.
The only thing which puzzles me till now is that they don't provide tissues or hand/hair towels. But they provide individual toiletries in the room...

It costs a little more but the rooms are slightly more comfortable imo. Check in at 2, check out at 12. No issues bringing guys back too haha. If you really want to avoid the reception, just take the guy to walk around the car park, there is a side entrance that will bypass the front desk.
Oh and don't bother about their breakfast. It's at the Indian restaurant in the hotel and it's super basic. Not worth the 290bt they are charging.

With 2 bottles of generic prep, a supply of doxy, lab test and consultation, the total came out to be 2.9k which I feel is quite reasonably priced. Waiting time was also fast and you can just walk in.
I got my result back within hours which was very efficient.

Oh, it's too late for me since i'm flying back today...that means I have to come back to BKK again soon to test if he is as good as reputed. Purely for research purposes only 😇

I've also used Pribta in the past and can vouch for their efficiency and level of English. Also quite cost effective compared to Pulse (who I have also used in the past).
