  1. Has anyone ever stayed at the Hotel Casa La Libertad on Duarte ? It is just off Conde and appeares to spread out above the Nacional supermarket?
  2. This is probably late. But, I use Ubereats all the time in SDQ and any supermarket like Nacional has ATMs that are very safe. Yes there are plenty of pharmacies
  3. I find that if you tip the front desk you will have no issues at most places
  4. are you able to send Anthony's WhatsApp ?
  5. thanks, I thought that even with Apps they would be hanging around - this is for a friend. I'm a Dreamboys sort of guy - cut on teeth on the Golden Cock decades ago.

Does anyone know if there is a bar(s) that are set up like a traditional bar that you sit at , can chat with a friendly bartender. And, hopefully , frequented by freelancers? There used to be on upstairs , somewhere at the end of Silom son 3 or 4. It's been a long time. A friend has just asked and I am trying to get information as he is in BKK right now and that sort of bar culture is more to his taste than the host or go go bar style
  7. And, If I may - where is the one in the Conde? There is an old one on Arz Nouel that I used for year just up From the American Restaurant so not far from Duarte. Yours, please
  8. makes sense, Breakfast was always a poor selection. I used to use it but switched to Airbnb a few years ago. Travel well
  9. Be careful when changing money at the airport. Banreservas offers a good bank rate - look for it otherwise the right of immigration. I believe there is another in luggage claim. Others give a terrible rate - if you're changing a lot it adds up. Also, just outside the Colonial zone - BEHIND independence park where Avenida Independcia starts there is a Texaco Station and next to it a little bar like place. Go up to the bars - they change money at a good rate. I have used them for a decade. Also, if you use a credit card for anything select pesos- that way your credit card makes the exchange and not a rip off service agency. By the way, Uber Eats works great - sometimes you and your friend want top share a snack.
  10. are there problems at the Palacio?
  11. Francisco is skinny, quite old ( I have known him for decades ) , and he has blue eyes. I doubt if he can pull off a prison tour.
  12. Any indications that this one might be versatile or willing to provide a blow job?
  13. he calls it a service dog. It's a pet
  14. Of course. God forbid!!
  15. Does anyone know a decent hotel in the Patpong Gay area that allows a small service dog? We tried Tarntawan and no. If you have heard of such a thing I would appreciate it
  16. of course these were female prostitutes from a very different culture
  17. I have just returned on June 14. It was an excellent trip. Haiti is not an issue, crime is no worse than many places I go three times a year.
