It depends on which personality we are talking about.

There’s a difference between massage places that locals classify as S or SS (soft and super soft), and H (Hard). Only the last type of place will penetration be on the table. In S/SS shops the emphasis is on the massage and extras are an added bonus. The massage shop fee is usually higher. Skipping massage in such places doesn’t make a lot of sense. They won’t do outcalls either. If you are not aware of this distinction between shops you’re bound to make mistakes. You can’t ask Prestige massage for the cost of extras or outcall service for example 😂 You don’t really go to the H places for massage anyway, and many aren’t trained, so the usual practice is a bit of rubbing for 15 minutes before main course begins. H places are The Prince, Senso and Jey Spa Or most of the Saphan Khwai shops My recommendation: visit the gay onsens during weekends, you can have a lot of fun and make local friends. Vibes are good. Kaikan Onsen, Ryuu Onsen, Ensen Onsen

Yes, go there and spend time with the older, miserable guys and the cheap Charlies 😜

Getting ready - gathering up to date recommendations

Kigi - nice choice 😁. Please provide a review of the Residences because it is so new. -
Yes, they have advertised this way before with other masseurs. Fafa massage is very upfront about their prices, including a differentiation in tips between Soft and Hard service. This is presumably to make it easier and more transparent to the mainland Chinese market they are appealing to who are unused to tipping culture. 3000 Bath would be expensive for an average Saphan Khwai twink, but Alparslan can test the Chinese market with that price, no problem.

Bangkok trip report. Don't expect too much!

True. It’s the newest addition to the Aman family. Their new management is concentrating on urban hotels. -
Good! Things change fast. It is not good to cling to customs and opinions of yesteryear.

Mandel spa has a milk bath program, this is an S place however.

I suspect I know who the guy is. A very chiselled guy indeed. He was reviewed here before while at FB and the client came within 5 minutes and was very happy. As a risk mitigating measure I usually off gay guys for side fun. However, I know this topic is very divisive on this forum.

This is actually a new development. When they opened over a year ago most of their twinks were tops and quite indistinguishable from the therapists from an average shop at Saphan Khwai. Now they have found a market niche.

They offer full service H if you ask but not all will bottom.

@jimmie50 The newly opened NOX spa in Sukhumvit has bath on the menu. Looking at their therapist list I recognise at least two from H type spas, but I do not know what kind of spa this is as I have not tested it. https://line.me/R/ti/p/@879oyqpw The owner or manager, Mark, used to work at Mandel spa.

I would suggest you consider Phnom Penh. Sun and Moon hotel which is right beside Space Hair Bar, short distance to Paradise massage and a tuktuk ride to Hatha Khmer massage or Ah Ram Massage. Note that PP is less commercial than Bangkok and that while you have host bars you may not be able to off anyone after hours. Siem Reap is far more touristy and more expensive compared to PP. My experience of the massage shops there is one where the masseur would constantly try to renegotiate tips.

I have stayed at Rambutan and it was pleasant. I also had two massages at A&P, which ranks among the best I have had in both Cambodia and Thailand, including one session of a four hand massage. Your mileage may vary and everything is subjective.

2500 B for ST and around 4000 B for LT going rate around Patpong. Non-model guys at Moonlight would often charge a bit more than this for example 3000 B for ST.

On their old Line account they gave a message on their 2nd of December last year that you needed to connect to their new Line account… Their last message on their old account was on the 27th of December. On their new account I received an update today…

Yes, and they got overlap of therapists from Glam’s, Jey and The Posh. All H places.

To be honest scrubs aren’t meant to be super relaxing and enjoyable, but they serve a practical purpose in scrubbing off your accumulated dirt and skin cells. Body scrubs will target those areas that tend to accumulate such buildups, such as the under arms, groin and buttocks area, that a traditional legit massage will not touch. It will leave your skin silky smooth and I recommend it for Bangkok’s hot and humid climate. That being said getting a scrub at a gay massage place is perhaps not the best quality option and going for a legit scrub at a five star hotel is often a more pleasant experience. However, I and others have had good experiences with TongTong at Ssense massage for body scrubs. I do not hesitate to recommend him for this. In regards to your desire for a soak. I have never seen an explicit programme for this except on Bali and in Myanmar. Replicating this experience in Bangkok should not be a major hurdle. I would go to the Prince Spa and talk to mamasan there about what you wish to have done e.g massage followed by a soak, you would probably need to book a premium or VIP room with a jacuzzi for this. You would probably need to book 90 or perhaps even 120 minutes (120 minutes only if therapist actually has experience with massage). I would deal with mamasan in this instance because you would request something a bit unusual and it is best to have it properly translated to the therapist. The more upscale rooms at Prince are nice for this kind of relaxation. Be clear about what you want and in what order so there is no misunderstanding. You can of course also ask mamasan about what roles the therapist is comfortable with and the usual. Some of the combined massage places and saunas might have more advanced options, but I have not explored them.

Add line @vckcoolspace and navigate from their menus, including to their massage section. You are correct, the added price reflects their location in Silom and the presumably professional massage you will be given. They have a bit of a crossover from History of Massages it seems in terms of therapists so I would guess if you go there you will at least get a pro massage. However, a review is essential as upscale prices and location does not guarantee good quality, as was the case of Titan massage. i would guess it is an SS place at most, but you can still get lucky. You might get discounts on the sauna if you go to their massage, whether that is a good value proposition for you is subjective. IF you like this kind of shop, it is better to seek out the walk-ins like Senso or The Prince where you get this kind of info from the mamasan or the handful of good quality shops at Saphan Khwai.

The only Line accounts with @ are the professional ones, not the personal ones. For personal accounts you still have to use QR code, if you don’t share the same country of residence as the other account.
-
Line is @tcsspa (please do include the @ when searching for them on Line or you won’t find them, it’s an extremely common mistake and I now as a routine include this info)
