  1. He was Jesus Adams Foster in one of my favorite TV shows: The Fosters. He is sexy and cute. I was never that impressed with his acting but he is cute.
  2. I absolutely loved my time there and could have spent days. I mingled with lots of locals and surfers that stay in the area. The sanctuary is amazing to see and yes, it is for tourists but well worth a trip. IMHO
  3. BTW: I have given up my seat voluntarily many times so that couples and families can sit together. However, being forced to move from one class to another is unacceptable just to keep a couple together. If you want to be together, book and reserve together. Otherwise, spend a few hours apart or ask for volunteers. I hate the games airlines play! BTW: I did give up my seat for a honeymoon couple once even though I didn't want to but no one in first volunteered. The flight attendant could do nothing so I volunteered and he gave me 60,000 miles. That is the way to treat someone. Not forcing them to move from their plans. IMHO
  4. Then, I'd like to see that idiot fired.
  5. James Gunn got a letter of support from the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy today. They have asked that he be reinstated. He had made some inappropriate remarks years back and apologized for them. Are we digging too far back into past tweets and other things looking to fire everyone? Does today's actions and words count at all now? Just curious. https://edition.cnn.com/2018/07/30/entertainment/guardians-of-the-galaxy-cast-statement-james-gunn/index.html
  6. I am not bothered by the women. I know what I like and if they are free that night, great. If not, easy to move on. I never liked the gay NYC clubs exclusion of women either. But, I love to hang with ladies and I don't mind the competition. I also think this is where the locals have a bit of leverage. When I lived in Pattaya and was in the bars nightly, I got all the attention and was a known quantity. Even ladies didn't get preference over me. I have an ex who works at BoyzBoyzBoyz and he has a slew of ladies that take care of him and he is well taken care of. He is straight and rarely goes with guys anymore. However, he messages me often and we meet often and he still asks if he can move back in and stay with me and he prefers me to take care of him than the ladies. Part is money but part is also the respect he is given. But, female competition is not something I have worried about anywhere.
  7. You will not see me on another Alaska Airlines flight! https://www.nbcnews.com/feature/nbc-out/gay-couple-bumped-airline-seats-make-room-straight-couple-n895846
  8. When I lived in NYC, I waited for 15 minutes. Then, I made other plans. I made so many upset but that was my limit unless they let me know they were running late. In Brazil, my regular in Sao Paulo, is often 1-3 hours late. I plan for it as he stays as long as needed once he arrives. And, then, he ensures I arrive at my desired destination.
  9. I am sure you are right. When I was in NYC, my Brazilian friends were always upset that I didn't wait long. It took me forever to understand and then my first trip to Brazil, I totally got it.
  10. Well, he wasn't gay and wasn't comfortable with gay sex but needed money for a wedding for his baby mama. So, he wasn't good but gorgeous to look at. And, it was more than once so he got better after a few times. Perfect kind of trainer I am always looking for. Yes, there is a market. I just don't see this as the norm. I love Gabourey Sidibe and love seeing her on screen. But, I bet she has some horror stories of discrimination.
  11. http://www.bbc.com/travel/story/20180729-why-brazilians-are-always-late
  12. I do think this is true in every field. I had a cousin that was an amazing school teacher but hard for her to get a job as she was overweight and regardless of what schools said, she was more qualified and more experience than those they hired. When working in law firms in NYC, I remember sitting on hiring committees and they often remarked how someone looked and preference was given to that individual. In the escort world, of course, beauty plays a big part of who gets hired. That said, I had sat in bars in Thailand and see what I considered the ugliest guy on stage get offed. That goodness we all have a different conception of what is beautiful. My BF, 14 years, has more tats that most of you all together. I love it but I know many would find horrible. When I go to the gym and I'm looking for a trainer, I often pick the cute young guy with the sixpack as I want to see him standing over me often. At the NYSC years back, I picked one and it took 5 months, but I finally got him in my bedroom. It was shitty sex, but well worth the investment.
  13. I admit I need to learn more as well. I had an ex that was a drag queen but I think possibly trans. I didn't really realize all the things that I could have done to be more supportive back then. I have learned more over the years but still a long way to go. Being in Thailand, I get to see and be friends with a lot of ladyboys. It is something that I learn new things all the time.
  14. I could not find a link to YouTube but this is going around on Thai social media. I found it very moving.
  15. Then, you are blind. But, if you like that shit, here goes. Trump is a moron. Anyone who still supports him is also a moron. Yes, maybe that is liberal hate. But, after over 500 days with this shitwad, I have decided that no one in their right mind would still support him and those that do, need therapy. Wow. I feel better now. Now, as you may remember, I gave Trump a try. But, he is not Presidential. He is not representing America to the world in a good light. He is not delivering on the great and cheaper health care he promised. He is not delivering on his message. Why? It was all bullshit meant for a bunch of idiots who would support him. They did. They won the election. I give you that. But, anyone who believed him I do consider dumb. He has always been a con. He will also be a con. He is a joke. And, anyone who doesn't agree with me is just plain nuts! Now, by my own rules, this thread is now out of hand and being moved to the Sandbox. My apologies for offending anyone!

    Congrats. That is great news!
  18. It is not uncommon for all Thai boys to become a monk for a period of time to honor their parents. Often, it is a very short period of time but usually a few months. I doubt the Wild Boars will stay months but I think this is a beautiful gesture on their part for the Thai Navy Seal who died trying to save them. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/07/24/world/asia/thailand-cave-boys-monks.html
  19. Great video. Loved the conversation. Thanks for sharing. Poor Alan now has no friends he said. Sad. Sad. Sad.
  20. I did read beyond the headlines. I always do. They called someone they worked with previously who switched jobs and asked if his boss was available. She was. It was not the same boss as previously. So, the question becomes with a "real" new organization, can you not just debate the issues and only entertain people who agree with you?
  21. They booked the wrong person for the network and the result is funny. Watch the video in the attached article. Fox didn't know what to do so they said, "that didn't go as planned." https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/fox-news-ann-kirkpatrick-barbara-litalien-immigration_us_5b561926e4b0fd5c73c7cfa7
  22. I have not stayed in this hotel but I do love Salvador. There is a sea turtle sanctuary north of the city which is amazing. Try to get some time to wander there if you have time.
  23. This week's episode was amazing. So moving and touching. This has been my favorite new show of 2018.
  24. I walked to Boyztown a lot when there. But, it is also a quick baht bus ride away and the VT6 has entrance on both roads. So, just walk to Beach Road to get to Boyztown. For Sunnee, I'd take a motorbike taxi and it was really quick as well. But, not for the faint of heart. Glad you are giving it a try. I have stayed there many times and always enjoyed it.
