  1. There are a lot of fall TV shows that ended their run and of course others now have taken their turn at tying to win support for their network. There are some really interesting shows out there. Fargo - this is just amazing. I love it. I have not laughed so much in years. Billy Bob Thornton does a remarkable job. I remember him from the first movie I saw of him Slingblade. Like it, in Fargo his performance is spot on. He is a great actor. There are lots of other great characters in this show as well. Orphan Black - OK, I am late to the game on this as it started last year but I really enjoy it this go around and can't wait to see each episode. Black Box - which I thought was going to be an airplane movie but it is a very interesting take on bipolar disorder and people with neurological issues. It is also really interesting. Do you have others I need to see?

I liked the groups they selected. I found odd they had all those cut in and outs and didn't show the entire dance. I also thought Justin and his cute dancer buddy were a bit too comfortable with each other for my tastes. I have told Justin not to put his hands on anyone else but the cunt just doesn't listen. Does anyone else think that some of his remarks were very slow and seem to have been 30 or so takes to get a few sentences out? Maybe I just expect perfection when it comes to him but he didn't seem natural on the first episode.

    1. I wish he would take that shirt off. 2. I wish after removing it, he would place it in the chair near my bed as I hate clutter!

    Funny and very well made!
  6. I don't know the answer but for some reason, the performance on the show are really amazing. Case in point:
  7. LOL Well, Firecat has great tastes so if he loves this place, then you know it must be good. I am old and my memory fades a bit but I think he has kept talking about the food for 10 years!
  8. I have a proxy which shows address from USA and can see anything you can see. I have many friends from Thailand that download via torrents. I have friends that just wait for the season and buy in Patpong.
  9. Having been to Rio on multiple occasions, I have to say, I love venturing out into the wild unknown. One of my favorite places is the Rio Scenarium. It is such a cool place where you can dance and eat and relax in the midst of antiques and clocks and sofas from years gone by. The place is charming and on one visit, my friend from the USA told me it was his favorite place on earth! Check out this list of fun places to see when in Rio! http://edition.cnn.com/2014/05/14/travel/rio-lapa/index.html?hpt=hp_c6
  10. On this episode of So you Think You Can Dance, I loved the group of 4 hot black guys dancing. When they got the judges (2 women) up on stage I thought of some great times back in NYC at Stella's. Those moves captivated me 20 years ago and still to this day, I think of those great days when I would tip a hot hunky thug boy and then take him home with me. One of the guys looked like a guy I took him one night. He was black, thin, ripped abs and a 9 or so inch dick. I was in law school and had a straight roommate. He woke up and found this sexy stud in the kitchen totally naked cooking some breakfast for me. He asked me later, "was that thing for real?" I said oh yes. The night before, this skinny little thug had picked me up (big man) and bounced me up and down on this big cock. It was delightful. (back then I was a bottom) and I never really knew where he got the strength from. Back then, there was no facebook or social media and no way for me to keep in touch with some many I met and would love to connect with again. Watching these 4 dancers really got me in a old memory mode from the great dancers in the basement of the fine 47th Street heaven.

  12. Thanks. I thought there was a thread but could not find it when I posted. I did a search but I guess I spelled normal wrong as zero results came up. Is that normal? Anyway, thanks for pointing this out. I am glad others saw this and liked it.
  13. American has lost one of the true artists. I remember reading I know Why the Caged Bird Sings back in undergrad school with a class full of females. I was the only male. It was my first introduction to her work and I have loved reading her works for 20 years. I also loved listening to her. What an incredible voice. RIP
  14. I got an alert from Thai Visa that Facebook accounts are being shut down. Some say the site is not accessible at all. I still have it here in Bangkok. Not that I can't live without it. But, is anyone seeing issues with this?
  15. Giovanni would be proud.
  16. Did anyone else watch this? It was very moving for me to watch as I had friends that lived through that in the 1980's. Also, the scene with Matt Bomer's ass was delightful. However, his transformation at the end was chilling. I was in tears more than once. Some great performances in this.
  17. I have noticed a few hotels I stay at have specials going on and actually booked a nice place for the weekend as a get away from BKK. But, I found this article and it has some decent prices. The Blu looks really great! http://bk.asia-city.com/city-living/news/5-bangkok-staycation-deals-courtesy-coup
  18. Tom, you are an amazing person and are a true asset to this forum. You are also a great friend and travel companion. You are truly a world class person! You are in my thoughts!
  19. I went to Soi Twilight tonight and ate at Dick's Cafe and then went to 3 bars. All the drinks are same prices as before. LOL No special prices. Dream Boys is 400 baht. I went to X-Size and they had a very nice selection of boys. Something for a bit of everyone. Drinks were 350. Boys all said it has been slow and they need money. I went to Hot Male. The place had 4 customers. More than any bar so far. They had a nice selection of boys but they all said things were slow too. A friend from the USA has a BF there and since I was in the area I thought I would drop by and buy him a drink and give him a tip. I bought him a drink and gave him 500 baht (15 US) as I know things are slow for all the boys now in Bangkok. All bars and the boys were saying they will be open till 12 midnight. They said there were there last night till the same time. The Soi was very slow and quiet. I sat at Dick's for one hour and saw one customer go into Dream Boys. I took a Tuk Tuk back and he said he was told the 12 AM curfew is in place and he is staying out to work. Just a bit of an update from the Soi Twilight gay bar area.
  20. I didn't see Chiang Mai in their plan. I did see several big Asian Cities. I saw that on their Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/noh8campaign

Here is an interesting article from the New York Times that talks about the "red shirt" professors being summoned. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/05/25/world/asia/us-to-halt-military-exercises-with-thai-forces-as-junta-detentions-continue.html?_r=0

NOH8 Campaign is a worldwide photo campaign promoting marriage, gender and human equality through social media. The international collection of NOH8 ("no hate") Photos feature subjects with duct tape over their mouths, symbolizing their voices being silenced by Proposition 8 in California and similar legislation around the world, with "NOH8" painted on one cheek in protest. Over 35,000 NOH8 photos have been taken to date, putting a face to the fight for equality in cities and countries all over the world. Participants range from local and global celebrities to everyday people. Though originally created by Adam Bouska and Jeff Parshley in response to California's ban on same-sex marriage, the scope of the campaign has grown to stand against bullying and discrimination of all sorts. You do not need to RSVP to attend (though Facebook RSVP's help give us an idea of how many supporters to prepare for); the photos are first come, first served and we move quickly! Anyone taking a photo is asked to wear a plain white shirt to match the look of the signature NOH8 photos. When you arrive, you will receive a numbered model release to fill out, followed by having your NOH8 tattoo applied. We will call numbers throughout the day, and your corresponding release number will signal your time to line up to have your photo taken. We always do our best to make sure that everyone in line by the end of the photo shoot (8:00PM) has a chance to pose for their photo - and up to this point, we haven't ever had to turn anyone away! Celebrity Photographer & NOH8 Co-Founder Adam Bouska will be working around the clock to photograph 5-10 frames for each person that comes through. The final selection he chooses will be retouched and made available to you in approximately 8 weeks through the website (timeline subject to change): www.NOH8Campaign.com INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING? I was not trying to misquote you. I was asking a question. Where did you get the information that the majority of professions were for the yellow shirts. You said that in on statement. I asked for clarification as I have not seen that. So, as opposed to trying to say I misquoted you by saying all as opposed to what you said, Overwhelming Majority, I'll ask again, where did you see this? Again, I am not trying to trap you or anything else. I am only asking for where your information came from.
