Huntsville, Alabama and the Tennessee River? Oh my Lucky, you know me too well. I just didn't want to bore you with my catfish tales or frog gigging stories. http://gaybangkok.boytoy.com/

We have banned very few people on this site. However, we do get demands from time to time by individuals to do just that. Individuals who feel they have been abused or otherwise sufficiently aggrieved, to warrant banning a member. We as admins have to take the broad view of what is good for the community as a whole regarding contributors and personalities. We believe a broad community is the most interesting to more people. That requires tolerating different personalities. Where to draw lines about what cannot be tolerated is a sometimes a simple question and sometimes more subtle. We draw bright lines in the Site Policy regarding personal information, stalking, and agenda prosecution. The fainter lines are more difficult to draw. Where does a thin skin or abrasive personality stop and abuse start? Where does a sometimes abrasive personality cross a line into chronic abuse, even more, abuse that warrants the death penalty? What is the overall balance of an individual's contributions versus occasional irritations generated. How easy is it to ignore a curmudgeon by walking the other side of the street or turning on the ignore button? We as admins do not like being asked to impose a penalty on a member due to one individual's estimate of perceived infractions of etiquette and decorum, especially when there are remedies that help people avoid who they do not like. On the other hand, these individuals feel we are not listening them and their concerns and they grow frustrated. It is often the same people who request this but they have stated that others feel the same and that they fear that if they speak up, nothing will be done as the admins 'protect their favorite posters'. As mentioned earlier, we, the Admins, feel that who is allowed to be a member and who is not, and what behavior is just too abrasive/abusive to tolerate, affect the entire community. Therefore it ought to be left to the 'participating community' to determine. For myself, I can't find one person that is a regular poster that I would ban. However, after getting emails and PM's from long time posters questioning my ability to determine if a poster should be disciplined, I think that TY and I as admins need to step aside and let those who feel we need a new direction, make one. And, we as Admins will abide by the decision. It is for the above circumstances and reasons that we have decided to establish a procedure whereby members can bring forth a complaint about abusive behavior by individuals in the community and whether it rises to the level that should be banned from temporary or permanent participation. This will provide mechanism for aggrieved members to make a complaint about abusive behavior with the disposition ranging from no action warranted to permanent ban, depending on history. The Process will be called a Hearing of the Comity Commission (CC). Members of the Commission shall be forum members who meet the criteria set out below. This gives the community a say over who deserves suspension or banning. Any member who wishes another member to be suspended from posting can accomplish this IF a sufficient number of other members of our community agree. The Penalties: A first finding of 'Engaging in Conduct Abusive or Other Intolerable Behavior' will result in suspension of forum participation for a period of 90 days. A second finding of 'Engaging in Conduct Abusive or Otherwise Intolerable Behavior' will result in forum membership privileges revoked permanently. Members of the Comity Committee: All legitimately registered members of the forum who meet ALL the following participation conditions are defacto members of the Comity Committee with voting rights: 1. active forum participants for the prior 6 months, 2. with a minimum 200 posts total on the site, and 3. with a minimum of 15 posts in the prior 6 months. Participation of Commission Members is voluntary. One may choose to vote or not. Establishing a Complaint Who May Make a Complaint? A complaint of abusive behavior can be lodged by any legitimately registered Forum Member against another Forum Member. Any member lodging a complaint is limited to one accepted complaint against the same Accused every six months. The Admin can lodge a complaint without time limits. Moving the Complaint to the Hearing Stage At least two members must make a complaint against the same individual to initiate a Hearing. These 2 members may contact the Admin via PM. If only one member complains then the Complaint Process is terminated. If two complain, then Admin shall post a Complaint Announcement Thread, announcing that a complaint has been made against a Forum Member, name given, for Abusive or Otherwise Intolerable Behavior. The complainant's screen names shall be published so that the Accused shall know his Accusers. This gives the Accused an opportunity to contact his Accusers in order to work out their differences. An Admin initiated complaint automatically moves to the Hearing stage with the posting of a Hearing Thread. The Admin shall notify the Accused of the Complaint. Establishing the Hearing Thread The Hearing Process is initiated with publication of Complaint. The accused offender and the two (or more) complainants will be identified. Each complainant, identified by his screen name, shall offer his complaint against the alleged offender. It can be long or short but must be substantiated with evidence of offense, eg. citations, references and/or examples of abusive behavior. (Presumably the stronger the case, the more likely the outcome.) Failure by either complainant to provide any substantive case will result in dismissal of the complaint and termination of the process. Withdrawal of the Complaint by either or both of the Complainants shall cause the Hearing Process to be terminated without any action against the Accused. (At least two Accusers must participate in order to avoid actions driven by 'personality conflicts'.) The Accused Forum Member shall be strongly encouraged to state his defense or apology/mea culpa in response to the Accusers. Each Accuser shall be entitled to one rebuttal to the Accused's defense. The Accuser shall be entitled to make a response to each Complainant's rebuttal. That closes the arguments in the Hearing Proceedings. (Other discussion open to any forum member can be held in external threads subject to standard Site Policies and community civility standards.) The Duration of the Hearing Process The Hearing Process starts with the Publication of the Complaint Thread. The two (or more)complainants must lay out their initial case with 24 hours of the Complaint Thread opening or it will be terminated and closed if less than two comply. The Accused will be notified and encouraged to make a timely response. At this point it is the responsibility of the parties to remain engaged for the submission of rebuttals and responses. The Hearing Proceedings shall be held open for one week only. During that interval any and all defacto Comity Committee Members are encouraged to get and remain engaged and, after arguments have been presented, cast an up or down vote to affirm or deny the charge of 'Engaging Abuse or Other Intolerable Behavior'. The vote results are public and voting is public. Voter screen name shall be associated with the vote. The Findings The Finding for Suspension shall require a vote in the affirmative by at least 50% + 1 voting with a minimum of nine votes in the affirmative. Consequently, a minimum of 19 members must participate with at least 9 voting in the affirmative. The Finding for Banishment shall require a vote in the affirmative of two-thirds of all voting with a minimum of twelve for Banishment. Admins cannot vote.

I'll be in India for the entire month of November and part of December with my programming team. It is very tiresome work and I can't post as much this month. I apologize and if you see less of me, please understand. I have been working on quite a few new projects and need to be in speaking distance of my team here to get the work done faster. I don't have much to report other than it was a famous Indian holiday last weekend called Diwali. It is their festival of lights and the city was alive with color. Here is one sand sculpture they made for us at the hotel and another one with flowers that my team made in my honor for our lunch that day.

As always fabulous report. I LOVED the 3 way photo. LOL Slut! Sorry, it has taken a while to see this as I am in India and working 10 hours a day in the daytime and come back to hotel and crash after dinner. You have now given me reason to drink coffee during dinner so I can see what is happening with your sexcapades. I love them. Thank you for sharing. Now, onto something even more important (LOL) for me. Did anyone ask you where your fat friend was that tipped too much? I don't care what they say, as long as they remember me.

Finally, willie and I agree on something! This thread has been fabulous. Full of great information about one man's visit to LOS but filled also with eye candy and great discussions on other issues. Simply great IMHO. Fantastic job Firecat and everyone else who post and contributed this this thread.

Thanks Surfcrest. I know this was happening and back when it first happened, there was a process to get it removed from those listings. This site was the same. We went through that process and filled out paperwork ect. and were removed. Since then, that list and even their website has disappeared. But, some sites didn't do the paperwork and thus they weren't removed. EVEN though that entire process is now removed. Yes, TIT. However, I think you are doing the right thing in moving the server and I do believe that will help in Thailand. As I said, I am in India and I can see it just find with no problems now. So, that is great. You are proactive and moving in the right direction. Good luck with your new site and with getting all these blocks removed once and for all.

Sorry, but I disagree. I could not access at all for 4 months in Bangkok. I asked and was told it was blocked by the provider. I had the provider in my room and that is what they said. That does not mean much. A provider would not have issue with the software of their site. It just would not happen. I have said all along that the site was blocked at one point from the ministry. True got that directive. They never were told to put it back on and thus they did not. IMHO, that is what happened. But, I don't know for sure but IMHO that is the only thing that makes sense.
-
It is the first timer I have been able to read it in months and not blocked. So, that is a good thing. But, I am not in LOS right now and spending time in India for the month. I am glad they worked out the kinds and moved things around to get off the blocked list. Are those that were having issues with it in Thailand still having those issues or is that totally resolved. I was surprised to see that Spike and Jinks are now running it again. Spike and Surf have always seem easy to work with other boards and I hope that all the boards can now work in s spirit of cooperation. Congrats to them on getting the board back up and running.

I went to their site today but got a photo of a girl. Anyone know what is happening? Did they take it offline?

Nab Club Pattaya, NAB, is a gay nightclub with some Hot Coyote Dancers. They also have a Live Show every night. When NAB first opened its doors, their aim was to provide a comfortable place to drink and be with friends. Upstairs you will find a VIP area You either have to know someone or pay a lot extra to enter this area. Of course if you get known as a Big Spender, many doors may open. Nab attracts a big Bangkok crowd on weekends. This is a late night Club so if you arrive before midnight, you will be very lonely. Chelsea Hotel reminiscences
TotallyOz replied to AdamSmith's topic in Theater, Movies, Art and Literature
I had a friend live there and loved it. I visited many times and always enjoyed it. I had fond memories of the place. -
Since getting to India, I did speak with the manager of the hotel and about 20 others and all said the exact same thing about Air India. They all said it sucked and that the company does not care. They also said to realize that their customer service reps get paid a few hundred per month and it is a time job and they too do not care as they go in for money only. Also, each person I have spoken to said the cash thing is often a problem as many Indian companies can't get CC and the percentages are high and they don't like using cc. I did get a receipt from Air India and I have sent a message to them but no response. And, I don't expect anything to be done. Most likely I'll just book Thai Air on my return and cancel my last 2 legs on Air India.

I hope your day is fabulous and full of all the beautiful cocks you share with us all the time! Have a great day!

Whose your Daddy Adam Smith? My favorite past time was riding my motorcycle in the cotton fields as a kid. My first motorcycle came when I was in First Grade and I LOVED riding day and night. I also grew up riding horses and love that time as well. But, riding through a cotton field while the crop dusters were spraying their pesticides and trying to outrun them was a great deal of fun.

I have always hoped to find me a few "Golden Girls" and live out my retirement. I am serious in this. They were very committed to each other.I do believe that a strong commitment is needed for good friendships. They take work and although not as much work as a life partner, they are not only beneficial but very needed for a healthy life. IMHO I have not one met a person that was happy in life that didn't have good friends.

MsGuy, I would be pissed at your statement above had I not actually done a belly flop in mud MANY times before. I am fucking amazing at it! Growing up in the South, I had to find ways to entertain myself that didn't involve frog gigging or tipping the cows. Mus Flops were much more fun.

In my opinion, commitment can take various forms and mean such different things to different people. I have had the same Thai boyfriend for almost 10 years and I am committed to him. I am committed financially. I am committed to his future. I am committed to helping him succeed in life. I am committed to helping him better himself. I am committed to spending as much time with him as I can when I am in Thailand But, I am not committed to being his only sexual partner. It is not something I want or need. It is not something he wants or needs. And, while some people view commitment as only a remain faithful to your spouse concept, I view it as something totally different. I was just in Thailand for 4 months. Daily, he was committed to helping me with work to ease the load. Daily he was committed to making me happy and me making him happy. Daily we were committed to getting each other off. But, I am now gone and I want him to enjoy life and love and sex and while he will be with someone else and I will be with someone or ones else, we are still committed to each other. What is your definition of commitment?

There is no way on earth that anyone on the face of earth should book a flight with Air India. They are the worst airline I have ever been on and without a doubt the least professional I have eve had. First off, getting the airplane ticket was a pain in the butt as I tried to book at Air India's website. I was denied with a good credit card and told that I was trying to use it in Thailand and I am from America so it was fraud. I called them and explained that I was in Thailand and going to India. I was then told that they don't accept credit cards on the phone. I asked how can I pay for my ticket, her response was, go back to America and try or you can send us a copy of the front and back of your credit card and your ID to our support email and we will try to run the card for you in the next 7-10 business days. I was shocked as I have never heard such BS from an airline. I ended up going to the Air India office in Bangkok to purchase the ticket and they were very helpful and helped me to get everything arranged. They said I got 40k free luggage and would be charged 59 baht for each kilo after. I booked Business Class. I got to the airport in Bangkok and was told my luggage was 30k overweight and I had to pay a fee. I was then told the fee was near 500 baht per kilo. That is NOT what I was told at the Air India office but I had no choice. I said that was no problem. I went to the counter to pay and gave them the same Credit Card I used for the ticket and was told, "sorry, we don't accept credit cards. We only take cash." Are you kidding me? Cash only for extra baggage fees and on top of that the fee was 15,000 bath. It was almost the cost of my trip. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he didn't want to come out to speak to me that he took cash only. I had the ladies call him again and he got on the phone with me and asked why I wanted to speak to him and I told him the problem with the cash only. I said I did not have cash and needed to use a credit card. He said, "cannot." He said, "you can cancel your flight but we can't refund you the flight as you have already checked in. So, I wasn't allowed to get a refund on a refundable ticket as I checked in and I wasn't allowed to pay cash for extra weight for baggage. Again, I was shocked. I fly a lot of miles per year and I fly only in business class. I have never once had any issue like this. I have never once been treated so unfairly. As I didn't have the cash on me in Thai Baht, I did have some Brazilian Reals with me. I went over to the exchange. "No, sorry Mister. No take Brazil." After 3 places, no one would exchange. I told the ladies at Air India the issue they said said, "Oh, sorry Mister. Nothing we can do." It took a few minutes but then I got the money and paid for the extra fee. I asked to actually see the manager for Air India and was told no. I asked for his name. I was told they can't give that out. I asked them if they knew the manager's name and they said yes. I asked if they could write it down for me. They said no. I then asked to see him in person and they called again. I told I needed to speak to him in person regarding this and he said there was nothing he could do and a waste of time to talk to him. He almost hung up on me but I told him I would not board the plane until I spoke to him. After a few minutes he came out. He was very nice but he said he didn't understand the problem as no one has ever asked to pay for excess fees with a credit card before. He said he had no idea why anyone would even need this service. I told him that I didn't have the cash for this today while traveling as cash is valuable. (When traveling and I always like to have at least 1k USD for emergency as you never know when you hit a snag like last year in India when the customs officer tried to extort 2,000 USD from me for a computer) He said he didn't care the reason that as cash was what they accepted. I asked why that is not stated on their website or in other areas and he said that was not his job. We argued for a bit. I asked for his business card and he reluctantly gave it to me. He asked why I wanted it and I told him that I needed it to complain to the airline. He is a true horrendous service agent. It took me nearly an hour to get him to see me and while I did make my flight I was not a happy and content business traveler. When I got to the plane, I spoke to two other business class travelers and was told they have done this before and tried to use a credit card and was old they cannot and they too asked to speak to the manager. So, the manager flat out lied. I was NOT the first person to ever ask to pay for luggage with a credit card. He simply flat out lied. He told a lie to try to save face but it was so absurd when I heard it I knew it had to be a lie. And, upon talking to other passengers, they said it was a lie. In other words, the manager was dishonest. Apparently Air India does not cater to business travelers. They want the low budget flyers. Their Business Class seats were not comfortable and not the lay flat seats I was told. Their in flight movies had no movies or anything for anyone to watch of any consequence. The food was decent but the same as served in economy on most major airlines. At the airport I had to pick up my bags and take them back to another area. But, no one knew where. 10 airport employees and 10 answers. It was insane. Not one person knew what the hell they were doing. Then, I get to the place to drop the bags and the lady there tells me I need to go upstairs to check in again. I do. They have both male and female lines. I got in the male and the guys were assholes. They were rude and unprofessional and snappy. They were just dicks. Plain and simple. Then, after I finished that, which took 20 min as they didn't know what a Kindle was or why I needed an electrical cord for my computer, iPad, iPhone, etc. I finished. I went to the Air India lounge only to find there was no Internet. Again, the people who make the rules in India are complete and utter morons with zero customer service ability. If I didn't need to spend a month with my programmers, I would have found a way to exit the country and say fuck you to India. Pure and simple! (Yes, I know unfair but a hard day for me) Air India Lounge in Delhi is the most horrific and ridiculous lounge I have ever seen. It is a business lounge that does NOT offer WiFi. They don't have their own wifi and they depend on the free airport Internet which does not work. In other words, you get a few chairs that are private and some drinks. But, nothing else. The staff is incompetent. There is NO Business lounge on earth that does not offer Internet to those in it. If no Internet, it is useless. Thus, my journey begins.
