  1. Thank you very much! I greatly appreciate your comments! Please do post about your trip and give us some more up to date info on this great city! Montreal holds a dear place in my heart and if the dollar hadn't plummeted, I might have been calling myself a Quebecois.
  2. One Direction singer Harry Styles has addressed rumours hes more than just friends with Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw, claiming in a new interview that the pair are not dating and that he doesnt think hes bisexual. Speaking to GQ magazine, the 19-year-old star appeared to be in the dark about the gossip. I didnt even know, Styles said. Were not dating, no. Were just friends. When questioned directly about his sexuality, Styles responded: Bisexual? Me? I dont think so Im pretty sure Im not. While Styles insisted he didnt want to moan about the speculation around his personal life, he did admit it could sometimes ruin relationships. http://www.pinknews.co.uk/2013/07/30/harry-styles-im-pretty-sure-im-not-bisexual/
  3. I hope you do share your trip with us. When I was the owner of an escort agency in NYC, I posted on Hoo's website and most of my reports were about Montreal. I loved visiting there and meeting up with Marc Anthony, TY and Firecat, KYTop and others. It was great to have people who enjoyed the same thing I did. My first trip to Brazil was at the bequest of Hooboy himself and we sent 3 weeks with him in the same hotel in Sao Paulo and then we headed to Rio for a few weeks. Again, Hooboy made the trip fun and never boring. My first trip to Thailand was over 10 years ago and I feel in love with the people and the country. Had I not visited Thailand, the vast amount of my time would be in Montreal or Brazil most likely. But, like you Lurker, I like sharing with others and I like the boys that work in the bars and saunas to get work.
  4. I like Ken Follett's writing as well.
  5. OK. I don't know how it got out that we were engaged. I am sorry that I was not the first one to tell you guys here. You will all be invited to our wedding.
  6. Thank you my dear! Thanks. Never never worry about me taking something personally when you are giving advice or making comments. They are always greatly appreciated. The reason for the word gay in them is simple: SEO I want the search engines to read the site as a gay friendly site and let users out there who don't know about the site read up on the site this way. With carefully used keywords, this puts us in search engines in a different way that will bring the right readers to the site. As for the forums, so far we have nearly 90 cities written and many of them researched. Each city has from 40-60 different listings. As opposed to getting them all bogged down in a few forums, I put them in sub forums to make them easier to find. For example, if you want to visit Chicago, we will have a forum for that city and you just click it and everything is organized in that area for you to view. That does not mean that every topic about Chicago is in there. The sub forums are mostly for listings of businesses and places of interest to those that travel. Not sure if I explained myself well or now. But, what are you thoughts?
  7. Pope Francis on Monday said who am I to judge? gay people as he discussed one of the most divisive issues affecting the Catholic Church. Pope Francis, who gave a press conference on his flight back from Brazil, said he had stayed away from the gay marriage debate on his trip because he wanted to stay positive. I have yet to find anyone who has a business card that says he is gay, the pontiff said at a press conference in which he addressed the reports of a "gay lobby" within the Vatican. They say they exist. If someone is gay, who searches for the Lord and has goodwill, who am I to judge? he added. "The Catechism of the Catholic Church explains this very well. It says they should not be marginalized because of this (orientation) but that they must be integrated into society." Francis added that he thought lobbies of any kind -- including political ones -- were bad. http://worldnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/07/29/19751976-pope-who-am-i-to-judge-gay-people?cid=social10231474&lite
  8. We have started to work on the City Guides a great deal more. We will be rolling out each city with updated information in the next several weeks/months. It is a time consuming process as the research along takes a long time. However, we have many cities completed and it is time to start bring this section of the site live. It is our goal to have BoyToy server as your one stop place for gay information around the world. (big goal I know) http://gaymontreal.boytoy.com/index.php?mdf=city_guide&gCityID=28 We have also added Montreal as a subforum to a new area called North America. Check out the forum as we have lots of great info there. Hopefully, others have know the area better than I will make comments, additions, etc. Any new businesses that are listed in that forum, will be added to the master list and to the front end City Guide area.
  9. The 16th World Bodypainting Festival held earlier this month in Poertschach am Woerthersee, Austria, included artists from 45 nationalities and every continent drawing 29,000 visitors to the Mecca of Bodypainting, according to the World Bodypainting Association. Take a look at some amazing photos on the site: http://designyoutrust.com/2013/07/the-16th-world-bodypainting-festival/
  10. Nothing at all has changed in our software or code this month. Have you ever tried to use the IPB App to access the site or do you only use Safari?
  11. Washboard Cajun and Eric the banjo man jam out on the classic "Wipe Out" is like nothing you've ever seen before!!
  12. Most members ever online in one day was 70, last accomplished on 25 Jul 2013. Congrats to all. I see that many of the new threads have a lot of views but with 70 logged in members that is great news.
  13. It works fine for me as well. I have no issues at all. There were issues before on the homepage but those seem to have cleared up now as well.
  14. Wow. Very impressive!
  15. Totally agree Lucky. I read and loved Gone with the Wind as a child and fell in love with Margret Mitchell. And, my favorite book of all time is Ulysses and many people hate it.
  16. Welcome to the site! Glad you are enjoying it and have decided to be a poster in the forums.
  17. Yeah right! What the fuck was that about? I know that asshole has an agenda. Right? What was that about?
  18. Have you seen the pontiff in any of the Rio haunts that we all frequent? I am sure the "gay mafia" of the Vatican has given him advice on what "special" places to visit on his trip. I would not be surprised if you saw him sneaking into a room at Meio Mundo or dancing at Le Boy.
  19. That is insane. Fucking stupid idiots! And, as a tenured teacher, how on earth did the union not go to bat for him immediately?
  20. Do you have a link?
  21. Max Ryder posted on his Facebook page about a guy that scammed him. I think the guy had promised to buy Amazon gifts but didn't. Max is pissed. I don't blame him but you must see his rant: http://maxryder.com/meet-james-vaughan-hes-a-sick-minded-scam-artist/ "He has been contacting other porn-stars so watch out for this faggot!" Interesting how our discussion on here about the word faggot now comes in and makes me feel uncomfortable when Max uses it.
  22. With Weiner's wiener hanging out so much lately: http://gawker.com/weiner-unbound-here-are-the-uncensored-nsfw-dick-shot-909123220?utm_campaign=socialflow_gawker_facebook&utm_source=gawker_facebook&utm_medium=socialflow I am curious if other actually think that sexting is actually cheating? I watch with disgust the press conference he had to call when the new allegations came out and all I could think was: did he meet someone in person. Thoughts?
  23. His writing is often very dry but I love all the detail and the story. I really enjoyed this book a great deal and loved the ending as well.
  24. Perfect. You can then use your imagination to visualize anyone you want. I once had a friend who went with me to dance clubs in NYC. He was the hottest guy there every time. But, his eyesight was horrendous and he would take off his glasses and dance with everyone, make out with everyone, have sex with everyone. I once asked him why he took off his glasses and he said, "my imagination is often better than reality and I want to have as much fun as I can when I go out." True story!
