Thanks for the links Jim. May I ask you, if you know, why a Missionary gets such cheap insurance with this company as opposed to everyone else? I assume that had to be negotiated. But, I plugged in numbers for several states including Cali and a missionary plan costs almost half of the other policies.

I was alerted to this today: http://www.pattayaone.net/pattaya-news/95338/late-night-check-north-pattaya-pubs-police-government-officials/ In the article, it says that foreigners were arrested for not having their passport with them. I hope this is not going to be a regular thing. I have always had a copy with me but always leave the actual passport at home. I also have a copy of the visa page that I take with me. I always thought that would be sufficient.

I love the place as most know by my many posts on this site. Yesterday, I went and had a good guy give a massage. But, I asked for the VIP room and at 1100 baht, I like it. But, the room was not cleaned before and there was shit in the bathroom floor and the shower was disgusting. I was very disappointed in this. I did not notice the mess until after the massage and I did tell the front desk and no discount was given and no apologies. I guess they don't really care. Anyone else had a bad experience there?

I may end up trying some of the better Sunday Brunch buffets in Bangkok. I would love any suggestions. The only two I know I want to test is: Plaza Athenee Bangkok, A Royal Meridien Hotel: The Rain Tree Cafe Four Seasons Any others would be greatly appreciated. And, if anyone is in town and wants to spend more money that a buffet is really worth, let me know and we can try out a place.

A friend got a 1900 baht rate. I can't seem to find it but he found one. That is an amazing deal esp if you are Gold or Platinum and get upgraded. Of course, I doubt his rate comes with the cute boy in Firecat's photo.

A First at Siam Paragon: Bathroom Sex in Gay Thailand
TotallyOz replied to TotallyOz's topic in Gay Thailand
One of my first sexual experiences was when I was 16 and flying to London with a church group. LOL It was with a very gay flight attendant. And, on that trip, lets just say Piccadilly was a lot of fun for me. FH, I am surprised at you to be honest. You are the most well traveled and versed man I have ever met. And, I just knew you would have at least one mile high story! -

True. True. True. Some prefer to be remembered for the sleazy men they hang around daily. I guess I can respect that. I find either way that one wants to be remembered as OK. For me, I much prefer to be remembered for the kindness I show to others rather than any sexual escapades that I might have or hanging around a group of dirty old men who my mother warned me against. I could not agree more wee willie. I hope that you don't have that happen too often. I know I have never done this and my encounter was not exposing myself to anyone but picking up someone outside the actual bathroom and allowing him to enter into a private stall with me. I hope there is a bit of a difference in your mind. Me too. But, sometimes things come your way and you are offered and you just jump on board. Don't tell me you have never had sex on an airplane. As much as you travel, I'd bet you are a member of the mile high club. or, how about inside a movie theater? Or, on the beach? To me, where ever one decides to go, it doesn't bother me. I have been lucky enough (my words and not Willie's nasty men words) to have had sex in many places. I don't think this makes one a dirty old man, I just think it makes one adventurous. But, to each his own. But, I am pretty liberated and do not mind other peoples fetishes as long as they do it with a consenting adult. Bondage doesn't bother me, neither does group sex, bears, dragqueens, etc. Growing up sexually in NYC (after I came out) I was lucky enough to have experienced quite a bit of the sex life that a big city offers. It is so much more than going to a bar and offing a boy. That is great at times, but I find very limiting if done all the time. LOL I love video flicks as a viewer but as a movie star, I think more disastrous than Ishtar or The Lone Ranger. And, I'd hate to make Jomtien loose even more meals. He needs his strength. Just curious if you mind a bunch of old men going from bar to bar each night to off young Thai boys who have to make money to survive as sleazy? I am curious only as I don't have a problem with that, but I do hate when people try to justify their own fetishes and condemn others for theirs. -

Western Style toilet. I have not seen any squat toilets at Siam Paragon. -
Yes, I guess we will have to respectfully agree to disagree. I totally agree with you here Jim. IMHO, and I don't mean this toward you or anyone else, but it is just my opinion that the vast majority, if not all, insurance companies are out to screw their customers if they can save a buck. I don't really think any are too different at least for Americans. I don't know what the deal is with other countries but for us at least, they all seem to enjoy sticking it to us if they can. Years ago, I had a friend from France who needed medical care in Thailand. Guess what he did? He just went to hospital and the French government took care of it all. Now, IMHO, that is a good plan! Jim, I am not sure how the new laws will change things but I do think they level the playing field. It makes it illegal for people to be denied coverage based on pre-existing condition and makes it more affordable to all. I guess we will have to wait and see how it transpires. I do hope that it is required that insurance companies that have any USA coverage play by the same rules. IMHO, and remember guys, I am a socialist at heart, I think medical care should be take care of by the government. I know that is not a popular thing in USA but I think it is the only way to truly have equal coverage for all. Jim is most wise and knowledgeable about insurance as he has been in the business for many years and I am sure he knows best about many things. And, I am sure he has more to learn when the new rules come out. As for me, I am happy with my Blue Cross policy and I do not feel I was screwed over by them (Yet). That is not the same as I have felt with other policies in the past.

On this trip, about 5-6 months, I thought I would share with you some of my guys that I meet along the way. So, here goes. This is Mr. C. He is a massage guy at Hero Massage. He is versatile and a sweet lad. He is more of a top and his dick stays hard all the time. He is not the most passionate guy I have met there but his massage was decent. I thought he was yummy so I wanted to try him as opposed to my regular guy.

Well, I would not call it cheating. He is OK with anything I do. I just would not normally drag him out to a mall with the intention of a movie and then step into the bathroom with another guy. Would he mind? No, not at all. He likes women and his wife/girlfriend/lover is waiting on him when I leave. I am OK with his choices and he is OK with mine. We have made it work for us and I know it would not work for others. However, 9 years of working is pretty damn good. LOL You are so generous in your 10 min. The BF was happy to get back to his online multiplayer game. He was OK not spending 3 hours away from his friends on the computer. -

Thanks Jim. Like you, I really did like that man. I know he really did rub some of your buddies the wrong way but as a person, he was entertaining and enjoyable. At least he wasn't a bore and sat around gossiping all day like some do in the LOS. His motto was always get out and smell the coffee and he did it better than anyone I know. Perhaps, being in the toilets so much he smelled more than just coffee. But, to each his own. Thank you kind sir for remembering him. This thread also reminded me of him. -
I do think a good Blue Cross / Blue Shield policy is the best best for anyone if they are able to get it. I'll be curious as to how the new Obama plan changes things. I did try IMG Global a few years back and it was horrible. It is not something I would recommend to anyone. I much prefer a plan that really does pay out and has direct billing with the hospital. However, those are hard to find as even my Blue Cross / Blue Shield policy covers me here but I have to pay in advance and then get the money from them. At least they do pay up whereas other policies do not.

How do you Weed Through the Bad Boys on Gay Romeo?
TotallyOz replied to TotallyOz's topic in Gay Thailand
This is the first I have heard about jackd. I will give it a try. How is this to compared to Grindr in Thailand? I find that Grindr is great for me in LOS but in America I can't get a date on it to save my life. However, in LOS, it is easy to log in and get a date fast. -
Nice report. Thanks. I have a friend staying there next week as well and I am sure he will enjoy it as well. He got a good rate too. Was this a special they were having? The photos are lovely and the boy is lovelier.

I agree with Firecat totally on his assessment of both Classic and Dreamboys. Classic was a real dud. There was only one cute boy on the stage at all but more than that, at least 50 percent did not even seem like they should be on any stage. Dreamboys show last night was horrible. Ladyboys fucking each other. While I like ladyboys, I found the show comical but not in a funny way. It was just horrendous. It was hard to watch to be honest and at 380 baht a drink, it left a feeling like you were getting screwed.

The BF and I went to the movie today at Siam Paragon. This mall is the one I talk about all the time with the cute boys overflowing the walkways. I have never seen such a gathering of beauty in my life. But, we were really early and I decided to go to the bathroom. There was this really cute guy outside, around 18-19 years old, and he was just standing. I found him very attractive and asked him where the bathroom was and he told me. It was right behind him and I knew that but I just smiled at him and winked. He followed me into the bathroom and into a stall. Well, I wasn't ready to have sex as I didn't have a condom on me but we did make out and he ended up giving me a great release and he swallowed every drop. It was a bit dangerous and exciting and scary at the same time. As I was all hot and sweaty when I left and as I had some other juices flowing, I told the BF that I didn't like the seats we were in and that we could come back another day. He was OK with that and we left and I got home and showered. I am not much for bathroom sex, even though from time to time in my life I have had some, but this experience was great. I have been thinking on this today and I can't figure out if the guy was waiting for someone or if he was just taken by the moment of a Farang flirting with him. In either case, I was happy it happened. Have others seen this mall as cruisey? Hooked up there? I have taken boys home from the mall there on a few occasions but never had sex in the bathroom upstairs at the movie. And, the boy was not a money boy. He asked for nothing. He just wanted some protein before the movie started. I have friends who say they get this all the time but at more local venues and not the mall.

I have not met many guys over Gay Romeo over the years but the ones I did not not look as good as the photos. However, a friend of mine finds great guys on it all the time. What kind of patience does it take to find the great guys? Do you wait for them to contact you or do you contact them? Lastly, as some of you know, I like Bad Boys but not dangerous boys. Have you found some masculine guys there? The Alpha Male Superstars? Or, is it only for the gay boys?

Bread Machines and Coffee Makers in Thailand: Where and How Much?
TotallyOz replied to TotallyOz's topic in Gay Thailand
I just had a Rome capsule and made a latte with Vanilla Soi Milk. Holy cow. This is good stuff. I am so happy I brought the Nespresso Machine with me! -
Great choice for one of my favorite shows. I hope the next season stays as good as it has been but that is going to be pretty hard to keep up with.

Is having the last word and being right the same thing? If so, thank you. I agree with you.

I agree. Sharon was the best judge ever. Loved her and she is a true class act.
