No problem. You did not make me angry. I only post on this board with a few other posts on other boards related to gay Thailand. Can you possibly show me where I brag about my "personal wealth?" It would be most helpful for me to see how I am doing this as not to offend you.

LOL You find me saying I can't afford to spend money on clothes (the truth) as it is not in my clothes budget more tacky than your own personal comments. LOL You must be either kidding or delusional. Wait. Sorry, I didn't mean delusional, I meant you choose not to apply your brain to the real issue behind your contempt.

The California Wow closed and now it is Fitness First which I have spent some time in their gyms in Bangkok and they are usually great. The one near Lumpini is excellent. I am curious though if anyone on the board has tried the gym they have at Siam Paragon? How does it compare to the old California Wow?

I love Sesame Chicken from a good Chinese restaurant. But, I can't seem to find a place in Bangkok that has this. Any suggestions?

I went to Soi Twilight today to meet up with a friend for drinks. It was pretty dark, very quiet and few people. Today was a special Buddha day and therefore Alcohol was prohibited. The good thing about days like today is that all the boys there are flocking to the very few customers they have. I love the attention! My friend did have the cutest guy on the soi with him but it was fun to sit and drink and chat. It was also nice to leave and not have a taxi ask for an outrageous amount of money. I have been told the Alcohol ban is also in effect for Tuesday. My boys traveled home for the weekend but came back today. Both said they had to wait over 4 hours to get a bus back to Bangkok as everything was booked and full. Many Thais do travel on these holidays and it is hard to get reservations or a seat. Luckily, both of them got in OK. They were both drenched and tired but managed to get up the energy to go with me for a drink.

We had some members that were having issues with logging into the site and spontaneous logout. We worked today replacing the log in for the site as we have both a main site and forum log in and they work together. Please let me know if any issues. Thanks you.

I am a very frugal person and would never buy things like Versace or Louis Vuitton or other overly priced items that I don't need just in order to show people I have a name brand anything. It has never been something I did. My clothes are from JJ Market for shorts and the USA JC Penny's for shirts. I am confident that I have not spent more on clothes for myself in one year than most people reading this do in 5 years. It is just not my thing. I do like nice hotels but everyone picks and chooses where to spend their money. I like a good place to live and work. Expensive restaurants and expensive clothes have never been part of my favorite things. And, the clothes from Siam Paragon are way off my clothes budget.

Garrison. Great report. I have to say, I felt like I was reading a story from a Latin Novella with mystery and sexy guys and lots of fun. I really enjoyed the report.

There is no swimming pool there but there is an amazing gym and the photo you see with the blue is actually Siam Ocean World Aquarium area: http://www.siamoceanworld.co.th/.

koko. You didn't like Rent or Les Mis? Are you sure you are gay?

Well, I guess I much prefer to experience the bad words myself. Esp when someone says to me: Fuck you. I always say, "OK. Your place or mine."

I have always wondered what was at the end of the rainbow and now I know. I could not be happier!

I like the story a lot. I also didn't like her at first. But, she grew on me as she had sex on the 2nd episode. She is awkward and no empathy, true. But, I actually like her a lot now.

I am not for the death penalty as it is being used. Currently, only those states like Texas executes with high numbers and I would not want my fate in the hands of anyone from there (except 4Aces). However, I am for anyone who is sentenced to life in prison being able to apply for death instead. I would much prefer to die then to live my entire life in a prison and I think the state would much prefer to save the money.

MBK in Bangkok: A Day in Photos For those that need a cell phone repair or a new phone, the place to go in Pattaya is Tuk Com but the place to go in Bangkok is MBK. They have a massive section for cell phone sales, repair, etc. However, every time we tried to take out our cameras, we were asked to put them away. LOL I guess they didn't want photos of all the knock offs? MBK is also a mall with a ton of stores and places to eat. It also has a movie theater. MBK is often the place where my boys say they want to shop when they have some money to spend on clothes. Siam Paragon is for high end shoppers and I can't afford most of the stores there but I love the food court. However, MBK is much more affordable and many Thai's love shopping there. I like the movie theater there and have seen my fair share of movies at MBK. I don't like their food court as much as most other malls in this area but the boys like it as it has a lot of Thai food. All in all, MBK is a fun experience if you have not been there.

Glee Star's OD Shows the New, Fresh Face of Heroin
TotallyOz replied to ihpguy's topic in The Beer Bar
I have been around guys who did drugs for years. Most of them use cocaine or E or other party drugs. I do not and have never participated in any of them even once (notice I left weed out of that as I don't think it is in the same category). However, in all my travels I have never met someone who did Heroine. Not once. I really thought this was a thing of the past and when this death occurred, I was stunned. I still am. -
This is the trailer for the just released movie about Julian Assange and Wikileaks that's called "The Fifth Estate."

CharliePS, is that why I have ads for midgets dressed in drag topping young Asian men all the time in my ads?

I loved the Netflix nomination and thought it was well deserved. I, too, was disappointed in nothing for The Walking Dead. Also, what about Sons of Anarchy? Lastly, is anyone watching The Bridge on FX. I am really digging it.

PHUKET, Thailand (AFP) - From jet ski scams to robbery, assault and even police extortion, for the millions of tourists who flock to Thailand each year the kingdom does not always live up to its reputation as the "Land of Smiles". Now following a flurry of complaints, governments are urging the country to do more to protect the safety of the record numbers of foreigners visiting Thailand. Its sun-drenched beaches, tranquil temples and libidinous nightlife have long been a magnet for tourists from around the world, but for some it is far from paradise. Drink spiking in bars can be a problem and sometimes people wake up to find they have been robbed. "There are a lot of people who get drugged here," said Wal Brown, an Australia volunteer with the Thai police who patrols the thronging streets of Patong on the island of Phuket, where crowds of tourists mingle with touts offering entrance to "ladyboy cabarets" or photo ops with endangered animals. "A couple of years ago we had two Italians walk out of the bush. They couldn't remember anything for three days. All their money and clothes were stolen. They only had their jocks (underwear) on," he added. For Full Story: http://au.news.yahoo.com/latest/a/-/latest/18068975/thailand-urged-to-tackle-dark-side-of-land-of-smiles/

Here is the info on their card. After researching it, it is only good for 3 hotels so not worth it for me. The cost is 6,999. http://www.plazaatheneebangkok.com/leclubplaza

Thanks for the report. I didn't know about the towel night at Vassa. I'll have to try this next time I am in town.
