  1. Great report Firecat! Thanks. It seems like you are having a good time as always and enjoying life. I have always been impressed with your ability to hook up on GayRomeo and find cute guys wherever you go. Out of curiosity now, I know you were in Colombia recently and hooked up there. What would you say is the major difference in hooking up on GR in the two countries? Are there more barriers in one over the other?
  2. You are damn right I would!

  4. What a sick stocking stuffer this lady gave to her daughter. She gave her a 11k lipo certificate. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/04/sarah-burge-human-barbie-liposuction-voucher-poppy_n_1183510.html?ref=fb&src=sp&comm_ref=false
  5. I am sad to say I love both of them as well. I don't feel guilty watching Revenge as it is so sick I love it. But, Vampire Diaries, I do feel guilty when I watch it. I still watch.
  6. I am hoping that he gets the nomination. It would encourage those that are blah about Obama to get off their ass and vote. I am afraid that if Romney gets the nomination, many of Obama's supporters will sit it out.
  7. Guys, don't forget I have done this ride several times and completed it each time. I also biked across Thailand for over 3500 k and the next year biked across the Mekong River. I am not a weakling. I am just fat. But, I biked 35 miles today to see if I had it in me. This weekend, I'll try a 50 mile ride. I'll make a decision after that.
  8. hehe. The BF and I saw one to two movies every week when I am with him in Thailand. We both love movies. But, as he is Thai, I go see many Thai movies with him. To date, I have yet to understand one comedy from Thailand. but, the action movies are usually pretty good. As are the BJ's when he gives them if the movie gets boring. LOL I liked Hangover 2. I know it was the same as the first one. I know it was stupid. But, it was fun mindless entertainment. Plus, I love the scenes from Thailand.
  9. I am not sure why, but this movie just didn't capture my attention enough to go see it yet. It does look good but it seems a bit sappy to me. Am I wrong?

    Movies....

I saw this advertised the other day and I thought it might be interesting only because of my fascination with the Bible. At one point in my life, I had a good deal of it memorized. I also saw Tinker Tailor Soldier and liked it but it was a bit slow in the beginning. It did have some great acting and I liked the ending.
  11. Have you done a sleep study? Do you have apnea? Have you ever tried a CPAP?
  12. OMG Me: 83 of the top 100. Again, sad! But, I am a movie buff!
  13. LOL I win! I have seen 19 of the top 20. Sad isn't it?
  14. ihpguy, Happy New Year! You are a wealth of great info! Thank you! And, I was in Rio for my first trip every many years back and it was during New Year's. I was at a hotel on the beach in Copa and everyone was wearing white. It was simply stunning. I had so much fun and it was glorious! The beaches were packed and everyone was having fun and enjoying life. Is there really any place on earth like Rio?
  15. I have ridden the San Francisco to Los Angeles bike ride several times over the last 5 years and it really does take a toll on my body. But, I get in shape for it and I have always finished it. I think it is a great cause and I want to support the LA Gay and Lesbian Community Center. I think I raised over 6k last time. I am torn as to whether or not to ride this year as I have put on so much weight and I'd have to go through hell in the next 5 months to prepare for it. But, I am considering doing it again. I always had a good time when I rode it in the past but I left with the feeling, "hell, Oz, you are not young anymore and this is killing your body." So, I am torn. Advice? Suggestions?
  16. It has been 6 years since MaleEscortReview.com opened the website. With the help of many long-term posters, the site was beta tested and launched and has been growing ever since. We are now 6 years old. I am very proud of the way the site has grown over time and developed into what it is today. In celebration of our 6-year anniversary, we are going to be having a Forum Contest to celebrate the event. From now through May, for every 300 posts a member makes on the MaleEscortReview.com website, you will get your name in a hat. The name that is drawn out will get a $500 US gift certificate. For the member that posts the most during the contest (no matter what that number) you will get a $500 US gift certificate and also qualify for the drawing. And…. as we have been open for 2190 days, the first 3 people (if there are 3) that post 2190 posts during the contest will each receive $500 US gift certificate. In total, there are 5 possible ways to win a $500 US gift certificate: lucky draw, most posts, and posting over the 2190 mark. The last contest was a great deal of fun and the dinner was a real treat. We will again have this drawing in a public place for all those that qualify. In order to enter the contest, simply post in this thread you are participating or send me a PM. Put your post count for the time you entered in either the post or the PM. Your post count for that day will be recorded and we will then monitor the number of posts you make during the contest. You must make a note here or a PM to let me know you are in for the contest so I can record your numbers. Moderators are welcome to participate. The only one not involved in the contest me. All others are welcome to join. Let the Games BEGIN! Judges decision is final. To qualify, the posts must be reasonable quality. One or two word posts will not count. The competition and its rules are subject to change if circumstances are beyond our control. Contest ends last day of May. Party invitations will be sent out within 10 days of end of contest for those that qualify. Prize is in US currency.
  17. I am happy to see all posting and enjoying the site. I think Lucky looked at the Hooboy pub as those who started threads. I looked at the last 20 threads started and it was a wide variety. Some people post in this forum first and others post in other forums. We need to always be sure to look all over the board and not just concentrate on this one. Lucky is a great contributor and has been great for stirring up posts. So has BBB who has started several of the threads. All in all, the board has a good variety IMHO and I hope that continues. Looking forward to seeing what 2012 has in store for us all!
  18. I really enjoyed seeing this movie today. It was funny, action packed and had a good story and plot. I was really impressed and happy to see they made a 2nd Don movie. Long live the Don!
  19. Happy New Year to all as well. I can't think of a better way to start the year than with a little ass. Or, in this case, a nice big ass.
  20. Five cannibals get appointed as engineers in a defense company. During the welcoming ceremony the boss says, "You're all part of our team now. You can earn good money here, and you can go to the cafeteria for something to eat. So please don't trouble any of the other employees." The cannibals promised. Four weeks later the boss returns and says, "You're all working very hard, and I'm very satisfied with all of you. However, one of our janitors has disappeared. Do any of you know what happened to him?" The cannibals all shake their heads no. After the boss has left, the leader of the cannibals says to the others, "Which of you idiots ate the janitor?" A hand raises hesitantly, to which the leader of the cannibals replies, "You fool! For four weeks we've been eating Team Leaders, Supervisors and Project Managers and no one noticed anything, and you have to go and eat the janitor!"
  21. I got the same e-mail which I ignored. It is a bad move IMHO but that is a decision from someone else. As far as how they got your e-mail, that is very odd. I would think perhaps sometime over the course of the years that maybe you started a registration there even if you did not finish it. If not, then, it is very odd. But, in your e-mail it should give you your username. Just do a search in their member database to see what date it says you joined to see if that makes sense. If it is old, that may explain things. If registered in last few months, that then is another story to tell isn't it?
  22. I have been watching the entire series over the holidays. I will add to this list as I go along. 1. While we have come a long way with gay rights and marriage, we still have a long way to go. It was interesting to see the marriage of the two main lesbian characters and I know that some states now recognize gay marriage but it is not a federal law and still our partners can’t immigrate to USA. 2. Men love dick. Can any of them be monogamous? 3. Women love sex. Can any of them be monogamous? 4. Prejudice still exists against gays and lesbians. Hate crimes are still around and we have a long way to go to educating the public. 5. The Internet is the best way to find a fuck.
  23. TY, I think Bangkok or Pattaya is not on the list because this is an American poll and I think many in the gay life here believe they are not attracted by Asians. I have heard that over 100 times over the years with people traveling to Thailand. But, once they do, they fall in love. The hard part is getting them there. I had three boys from NYC that visited me on three separate occasions in Thailand. They all said the same thing, "I'm not into Asian guys." They visited me and met guys and fell in love with the country and the people. This has been many years. Now, 2 of the 3 have long term Thai partners and the 3rd dates Asians in NYC. I wish there was not the feeling among many gays but it exists.
  24. LOL So true!
  25. Who knew? Not us, but it turns out that a contest sponsored by TripOutGayTravel.com and MTV named Rio de Janeiro the hottest gay destination in the world for a second year. The Brazilian city got 48% of the votes, beating out Madrid, Spain; Portland, Oregon; St. Tropez, France; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Stockholm, Sweden. According to the press release, "The candidate cities were chosen by a group of writers and journalists specializing in global travel." http://www.gay.net/travel-escapes/2011/12/28/rio-de-janeiro-named-hottest-gay-destination
