  1. I have an Imac 27 inch, an Mac Book pro 15 and 17. I love my Imac. I take it with me when I travel with no problem! If I needed another one to take away with me, I'd get a Mac Mini. I love it and it is fast and small. Most good hotels have great TV's to hook into and most will give you a monitor if you need one. For planes, the Mac Book is amazing. I was just at the Apple store today and loved looking around. I can't wait for the announcement about the new Ipad on March 7.
  2. Of the 6 that performed, I thought Jeremy and DeAndre deserved the wild card. I like them both but I think the entire group of 13 is lack luster so far. I hope it gets better. I am sure it will as they will get professional coaching and makeup and clothes. I wonder if they will tell DeAndre to stop singing so high? I really like Jeremy. I think his voice is amazing!
  3. I never take a cash advance. I never carry cash. I usually use ATM to get cash on a regular basis. The only time my CC info has been stolen was in Brazil at a amazing mall in Sao Paulo. So, I never use there or in Thailand. But, I do trust getting cash from an ATM if it is bank owned.
  4. Koko, what a shame and how horrible. You had to sit through 2 hours of nudity. I am so sorry. I hope you are OK. As for the world's best gogo bars, this changes often. 10 years ago, I would have said Montreal. That scene has really changed over the years as well. If you say the word gogo, I think Thailand wins out for sure. If you like younger looking or fem boys, I think Pattaya is great and if you like more manly men, Bangkok is tops. If you use the word nude, I'd say Brazil beats out the others. In Brazil, I'd give my favorites to Porto Alegre and then Rio and then Sao Paulo in that order. They are saunas and not gogo bars but most of them have gogo dancers at night. Some aren't comfortable in this scene as they don't like to go into a place with 150 nude guys. I'm OK with that. Instead of saying gogo bars, can we just say where in the world are the best guys who will take care of you for money? That would be a different list for sure. But, if you use the word only gogo bars meaning that is the only purpose is to have boys in shorts in front of you, you limit yourself. I guess it all depends on if you are a looker or if you are looking for more than just watching them on stage. If you are only a watcher, try Montreal. If you are a doer, try Brazil. I love Thailand and the scene there but I hope others venture out to see boys in other areas of the world.
  5. Thanks for this article: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/9111217/Are-sleeping-pills-really-that-bad-for-your-health.html I was just prescribed Ambien by my doctor and it really just knocks me out. I wake up alive and ready to go but I do wonder the long term effects. One of the interesting things the article said was these drugs may be as harmful as cigarettes. I will have to keep my eye out for other ways to sleep that isn't so addictive.
  6. Expat. I totally agree with you. I watched it and after each performance, I thought to myself, how mediocre. Yet, the judges threw out praise. I thought it was just me. Even the one guy I really like, long hair angel, I didn't think was good at all and they just praised him. I will have to admit, the Gentle Giant was great. I love that guy! Where is Simon when he is needed?
  7. Love this thread and the visuals. It brings back some great memories! For me, I was a big Dallas, Dynasty, Knots Landing, Falcon Crest kind of guy. I also got to stay up late on Saturday's (unbeknownst to my parents) to watch Kung Fu. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qketnkovu4s
  8. Many of us are often told we look like a celeb or a famous person. I got it often when my look alike was alive. Not so much now. But, who do people tell you that you look like? Me. My friends use to call me Uncle Buck for a reason.
  9. My question: Who's your daddy?
  10. I know I am a few days late to the party, but Lucky hit a fantastic number this week. 4,000. Not that is not the number of Thai guys he will do on his next trip or the number of tops and bottoms he will meet in Brazil. It is the number of posts that he made on this board and it was hit last week. Lucky is always full of wit and charm and we are so glad he is with us here. Congrats Lucky on hitting a milestone which so few have hit here.
  11. Honestly, I am really bad a keeping track with other peoples numbers. I just rarely look. Lucky passing me is fabulous! Congrats. I don't think he will ever pass Ty but he is coming up on him fast!
  12. If there is a God and you had one question to ask him, what would it be?
  13. Sorry, Lucky, they were all taken. I was able to get: BigBears4Lucky.com I have a photo shoot set up for next month.
  14. Ah, now I know who you are. Thanks. I am slow on the take. Welcome! I guess you forgot the full history in that I had over 20 of my names pointed to Hoo's site when it was Hoo's site. I even transferred several over to him. But, Daddy and Hoo are not the same person. Why would I continue helping someone I didn't know? I am sure your help has been valuable to Daddy over the years but no need for me to get involved. Since it is apparent you don't really know much about website success, you don't know about Whales on F4F but they are there and they do exist. Not only would I believe Aces, I can assure you he is correct!
  15. IMHO, you were lucky to get what you did. Flirt4Free is a trademarked name (I Assume). Legally, if you registered it after the cyber squatting laws took place, they could take it for free. If they have good attorneys and want to pursue it. If you registered it before and if you were using it with their knowledge, it would be different. When names are in dispute they go into ICann resolution arbitration and they are hard on owners who registered names that belong to a trademark owner. Esp. if you are using it for the same purpose as the other owner. I have more than 10k names now and I love the business. But, the Wild West days are over. I miss them.
  16. Yep, that is the one!
  17. One of my favorite shows EVER is Survivor. I have always loved it. I didn't like Richard Hatch but thought he was a genuine guy. This season they have a guy who is more flaming than I am if that is possible. It is simply sick. I don't know why they can't get a more non stereotypical guy for the show.
  18. This show didn't really feature a lot of the new kid on the show. I like him. I was surprised at the ending but I saw it coming as soon as she was texting. I still love Glee and think they do a great job for the gay community.
  19. So sorry to hear this. I hope it goes well for you. I myself have little faith in the system but if you do get a judge who is fair, it should go your way. I'll be curious to see what happens.
  20. Hitoallusa has been posting here for a while and he always keeps an upbeat positive attitude. It is really refreshing and enlightening. Thank you for being a member and keeping all of us in good spirits!
  21. Thank you for the videos today. It was great to see. I do love Rio during Carnival. I envy you for living there year round. Out of curiosity, when you are there all the time, does the saunas get boring? Does the party atmosphere get to you or do you just ignore it?
  22. LOL Jeeze, and I thought I had problems looking in mirror.
  23. Welcome to the party Daddy. Were you there last year or is this your first year to attend?
  24. I don't know my schedule yet but I do have some advice for those attending. 1. The Palm Springs Tram is fantastic. I went there with some friend yesterday and it was so much fun. We chose the day as it has snow on the mountain and my friends had been there the week before. They thought it was beautiful and wanted me to see it so we drove from LA to PS for the day. I am so happy we did. We had a fabulous time. There was snow at the top and we had so much fun walking around the trails in the snow. It was a busy holiday weekend so the place was packed and we had to wait over 1.5 hours to get the tram. But, we relaxed and waited. The Tram cost 28 and you get a great view of the entire area from the top. The ride up is fun as well. They have a few places to eat up there but if you want the better restaurant, be sure to plan in advance as they close in early afternoon and reopen again for dinner. 2. Sherman's Deli in Palm Springs is fabulous. I had the Chicken Salad and it tasted great. I also had the potato latkas and they were yummy. The place is great and the deserts are DIVINE! The more I visit Palm Springs the more I love it.
  25. Lucky gave you part of the statement. The rest is: "We have combined many threads over the past few months, especially if they are on same thread and by same person and within minutes of each other. You were not picked out of the crowd or given more leeway than anyone else. I have someone I have known for years that has been helping monitor the posting as we have had several problem posters who returned to cause havoc. I told him when he sees a pattern same as the above to merge the posts. He did that. I did not think anything about it until I got your email. 2 others complained last month in the porn section as their posts were merged as well. We are treating everyone the same and I think it is a fair thing to do. That being said, I have made sure that it does not happen in the future with any other poster until I view the thread. " I have not stated anywhere that I merged the posts. I said that I stood by that decision and I take full responsibility. I still do. I should have told Lucky that trying to teach Expat or anyone else a lesson was just being a dick. But, I didn't. I let it slide. As Lucky pointed out, neither TY or I merged the posts. I have been busy over the last few months and I had a friend help me to monitor all my sites. I told Lucky this and apologized for his feelings being hurt as soon as I got his initial e-mail and said it would not happen again and I'd be more attentive. I knew he was hurt by the merge and I tried to make it right. I will only bend over backwards for so long. I thought I was being kind to apologize for his feelings being hurt, but he then said that a friend would never merge his posts on a board and it was a violation of his trust. I said that I don't equate board politics with friendships. I never have and I never will. I don't get it. I honestly don't. I don't see someone as a friend so they will post on a message board. I have so little time that I don't have time like that to waste. I spent time with Lucky because I liked him and could care less whether he posts on a site or not. However, to equate a message board incident with violating the trust of a friend, is ludicrous. As I have said, I have bent over backwards to try to make Lucky happy and appease him. I also have no desire to comment on him or the drama again. So, have at it boys. I'm done.
