  1. I got my final bill from the Marriott today. I stayed 7 nights with them in a one bedroom suite. Free breakfast every day and free Internet. The final cost of this stay 42R. That was the cost of the cheeseburger I ordered late one night. No other charges. YIPPEE! PS. They also sent me a nightcap every night for free!
  2. LOL Are you ready for this? Not one sauna has Diet Coke. No fast food places have them. My hotel doesn't have them. They all have Coke Zero and I hate it. The only thing they have here is Diet Coke Plus and that is at the mall. I buy it but it is not the same. I had withdrawals for a few days but I am only have about 3 of the Diet Coke Plus per day. Much better than the 23 I had before.
  3. LOL I did get the boys name. It was Gabriel. Doesn't that just roll off your tongue? Today is my last day in Sao Paulo and I can't decide if I want to go back there to find him, or go to LaGoa. I have had really great luck with Fragata this trip. I think much better than Lagoa. But, last night left a bad taste in my mount (and I didn't need to gargle afterward).
  4. One of the fascinating things I see in this forum is that some members take great offense when TY or myself get involved into a debate on the different side of the coin. I can't even think of 5 times in all the years we have used Admin "abilities" to remove something. We want others to treat us the same as any other poster. We are admins for the site. But, we are posters on the forums. We only use the admin forum abilities when we feel there is a legal reason to do so. Please feel free to take me or TY on task for anything that is said on the boards. We not only appreciate it, we expect it. Please feel free to express your opinions about how we run the forums. What we post about. Our opinions. etc. We are members of this community and would never use a shield to protect ourselves. However, we may debate you and argue with you. When that happens, please don't get upset because we are admins. Simply treat us like anyone else. I don't need praise for running this site. Frankly, my ego is big enough having some of the most beautiful boys on earth on a regular basis. We need active posters and contributors to the site. I hope our passion does not scare others away. If it does, let me apologize in advance. Now, take aim and fire mother fuckers! jk about the mother fuckers part.
  5. Nope, he was a local. Tom may get all the boys, but I think he would let me have just one.
  6. You say tomato, I say tamato. jk. I'll change it.
  7. Threads that are started. I"ll change the title of my post.
  8. Day 6 A very pissed off Oz. I went to Fragata to see my blond boy. He wasn't there. None of his friends were there. Sitting at one table with a customer was an adorable twink. I saw down and waited patiently. Then, over the next hour over 10 beautiful twink came in. 5 of whom I wanted. Guess where ALL 5 sat? At the same fucking table. They sat and drank and smiled but would not get up and work. I don't know what this guy was doing. I know he wasn't paying them all but maybe I am a foreigner and not welcome? Was he paying them all? When he left the table to go to bathroom, one boy turned around and said, sex? I said yes. We talked about active and passive and agreed on a price. The man came back and he said, "one momento." That lasted another hour. So, I had basically wasted 3 hours waiting for one boy. I left. Went outside to wait for a taxi. NO taxi's anywhere to be found. I was out of luck. I walked for about 5 minutes to the restaurant Bovino's and they found a taxi for me. It is a very short walk in case you ever get hungry at a Fragata. Now, this twink magnet reminded me of the famous Marc Anthony. But, he always invited me to his table. This bastard today, didn't. He didn't like me. I know I smelled good as I wore my best cologne. What happened? How did I fuck up so bad?
  9. What do you think? We have added the last 10 threads that are started on all the forums on the homepage of the site. This may help bring some traffic over here.
  10. Here is the word for this week: ineffable \in-EF-uh-buhl\, adjective: 1. Incapable of being expressed in words; unspeakable; unutterable; indescribable. 2. Not to be uttered; taboo. . . .the tension inherent in human language when it attempts to relate the ineffable, see the invisible, understand the incomprehensible. -- Jeffrey Burton Russell, A History of Heaven Pope John Paul II notes that people are drawn to religion to answer the really big questions--for example, "What is the ultimate ineffable mystery which is the origin and destiny of our existence?" -- William A. Sherden, The Fortune Sellers One cannot blame them very much; explaining the ineffable is difficult. -- Edward O. Wilson, "The Biological Basis of Morality", The Atlantic, April 1998 Ineffable is from Latin ineffabilis, from in-, "not" + effabilis, "utterable," from effari, "to utter," from ex-, "out" + fari, "to speak."
  11. Today was a hard day. I knew I was going out with Danilo to eat all your can eat Brazilian food and I did GREAT until the deserts. I gave in and it blew my day. I went over calories even with the 1 hour at the gym so I have to work a bit harder tomorrow. And, I will! Tuesday Oct 19.pdf
  12. Last night I went to LaGoa late after dinner and had a nice time. I met one of my old flames and we hooked up. He is a sweetie and I always enjoy the time with him. It as around 10PM and the place was still fairly busy. Lots of boys and several clients. The atmosphere was a bit more relaxed than on the weekends! I did have to take a taxi there and back and the rate was about 22R both ways as there was no traffic. I also took some photos but none were clear in the room and after the 4th I gave up. I think I need to reset my camera to inside. I'll keep trying. Day 5: I walked around Paulista and the Jardins today. I was by myself all afternoon. I saw some really hot guys on the street but I was just shopping and browsing around the area. I had to go to a travel agent as I booked my airline tickets online, did not get an e-mail confirmation, called them and they said they have no record of it. The bank says they took the money. So, I didn't want to attempt another online transaction and I went to a travel agent. Being so late, the cost was 460R for a seat from Sao Paulo to Porto Alegre. I could have saved 300 if I had listened to TomCal and bought weeks ago. I just wanted to be sure I was going first and the prices kept jumping. I tried to book online a few days ago for 230 but it didn't go through. I wonder if that was because I had all my USA bank information and was from a Brazil IP? I don't know but I went with the travel agent to be sure. I went tonight with Danilo and his BF to dinner. We went to Bovinus Churrascaria. It is not the same as the one near the Renasissance as that is not the meat place but it is the same name. We had all you can eat and the food was excellent. The deserts were included in the price which is not true at many of these places. The cost is about 50R per person. Not cheap by any means but really a great meal, great atmosphere and lots of cute guys to look at. Bovinus Av Reboucas, 1604-Jardins http://www.bovinus.com.br Danilo and I are meeting up in the AM to shop. Yeah! One of my favorite things to do. He is also going to introduce me to his real estate friend who is looking for an apartment for me. Wish me luck!
  13. Hey Jimboi. I don't demand anything either. And, I put out a hell of a lot more then BN or any other escort. I have always wanted to go to Australia First Class. Can we work something out? Mile High Club included.
  14. A Quarter Pounder is not that bad. It is full of fat. But, it is OK in a tight squeeze. I take away the mayonnaise and ketchup. The cheese is another 110 calories. That is a lot for a little pleasure. I always forgo the fries which are zero healthy. I take vitamins that have fiber in them as well. I agree, it makes life bearable.
  15. Day 1: Monday Oct 18 I started a new diet today. Well, it is not really a diet as much as a way to track my weight loss progress. I don't like typical diets and never did really well with them. What I did well with was eating a balance of protein and carbs consistently throughout the day while eating little sugar. I would say it is kind of a zone approach. I'll try to eat 5 small meals per day. I'll also try to do exercise of some sort every day. I have a program called Perfect Diet Tracker. It keeps track of my calories for me and tells me where I stand each day on my goals. I will limit myself to 2100 calories per day. If I eat more, then I need to exercise more. In other words, if I eat an extra 1,000 calories, I need to exercise that off to keep on track. I have attached my first day today. It shows what I ate and when. It also shows my exercise. I did 40 minutes plus on the elliptical and stationary bike. I did keep within my goal today. Monday Oct 19th 2010.pdf
  16. The number of first-class cabins is shrinking. A small but growing list of airlines are eliminating or reducing rows in the most expensive part of their aircraft as customers increasingly look for cheaper seats. The global slowdown has put a damper on first-class flying as fewer corporate travelers can afford $15,000 seats. Premium traffic on international flights — which includes business and first class — fell 16% in 2009, the International Air Transport Association says. While demand has improved this year, premium traffic in August was still 11% down from the pre-downturn size in early 2008, it says. Here's what's going on: • AirTran (AAI), which is being bought by Southwest Airlines, will drop first-class seating once the merger is completed next year. Southwest (LUV), which has never had first- or business-class seats on its planes, says it'll phase out AirTran's first-class service. • United Airlines has been revamping its long-haul aircraft since 2007 to reduce and improve first- and business-class seating while installing more coach seats. United's (UAL) merger with Continental Airlines has also triggered speculation that United may abandon its first class after the merger and adopt Continental's simpler approach of flying only two cabins: business and economy. United "is evaluating which configuration or configurations make the most sense based on customer demand," United spokesman Rahsaan Johnson says. "Continental has fewer 13- and 14-hour flights than United does." • Australian carrier Qantas said earlier this year that it's eliminating first-class service on most of its long-haul flights except for a few flagship routes to Los Angeles and London from Australia. • British Airways received delivery on some Boeing 777s last year that didn't have first class for the first time but says it will invest $150 million to upgrade existing premium seats. "There's been a clear trend for long-haul international flights to reduce or eliminate first-class cabins on all but the most lucrative and competitive routes," says Bryan Saltzburg of TripAdvisor. Most aircraft flying in the U.S. typically have just two cabins: economy and a premium offering labeled business or first class. Demand for first class also has remained sluggish because airlines have dramatically improved business-class service in recent years, says Matt Daimler of SeatGuru. 17. No pics yet. However, I think you and Firecat are in Kahoots. I charged my camera battery and will be taking it from now on. However, I am more shy than TomCal and have never asked a boy from the sauna to take pics. I take the ones that come to my hotel but that is about it.
  18. LOL I'll try to do better tomorrow. I see the same boy for Lunch EVERYDAY I am in Sao Paulo. When I go to the saunas, if I find someone I like, I like to see them over and over. I'll look for a new boy tomorrow to add some spice to the routine. Or, if I can get Danilo to take me to the park tonight, I might have a story for later. I love the gay park at night. But, he doesn't like me to talk to all those thuggy boys. He thinks I am fragile.
  19. LOL Sorry, for the delay. Day 3: Sao Paulo I had my regular for lunch. No, I didn't eat him. Well, perhaps I did. He is tasty. Then, a good friend, Danilo picked me up and took me and his boyfriend for ice cream. We walked around Ave. Paulista. There is a great antiques fair there every Sunday that I love and I like to see all the things I would love to buy if I ever stopped living in hotels. I went to Fragata at night and had a nice time. I did not get there till late and found one boy I like that I met yesterday. I then returned to the hotel. Day 4: Sao Paulo I went to the mall this AM shopping and had lunch there. I was bad and had McDonalds. I ate a Quarter Pounder with NO cheese. Cheese adds about 110 calories to the meal and it is just not worth it to me. I have dinner plans with Danilo tonight and we are going to eat with his family. For those that don't know Danilo, he is the ultimate tour guide in Sao Paulo. I met him many years ago when he as a young lad. He has turned into a handsome muscle boy (believe it or not guys) and very stable and reliable. He has his own car and knows how to talk to the sauna boys and knows all the hot spots in Sao Paulo. He has always been great to me when in Rio or Sao Paulo. He has a review on this site! The eye candy at the mall is amazing. IMHO this is where the models go. I almost broke my neck twisting and turning.
  20. I am going to do this with you. My goal is 100 pounds but not by the end of the year. I hope to try to loose 3 pounds per week so it will take me about 34 weeks, give or take. I started today with a program to calculate my calories and my exercise. I'll be posting that later tonight or tomorrow. So, Here we go!
  21. Poor choice of words on my part! I know you do care!
  22. As I have been in correspondence with OneFinger about this statement, I needed to clear things up on this. The above statement is not true and not based on facts. I do believe that OneFinger believed this to be true as I am sure this was told to him by the escort in question. However, this escort was the most problematic escort we ever had to deal with on this site. OneFinger's review was not read by someone who then hired him and tried to blackmail the escort. The two had a preexisting relationship and they did not meet because of a review on MER but they met at a strip club in California. I don't know how much of the blackmail scenario to believe as the escort in question is someone I would not believe or trust in any situation. If the story of the boy who cried wolf means anything. Unlike TY, I do care if someone is unhappy with the board. But, to condemn the board because of something they believed to be true without ever consulting or talking to us is not really fair to the board. I am always willing to listen to complaints and try to mend the fences. But, there is only so much I can do with limited information. When the above statement was made, I spent over 10 hours trying to find information and piece together the puzzle even though no name was mentioned. That means I read through hundreds of reviews and even more e-mails. I did that only to get at the truth behind the statement and to try to let OneFinger know that we would have acted should his information have been correct. It was not correct. The statement that was made above is not accurate. I am sorry that OneFinger feels slighted by this situation. I am sure TY's comments above don't help. My commenting about this on the public board is probably not going to help either. But, I just could not let the statement stand.
