I was out last night and drove from Sunee to Central Festival around 10:30. This was after the rain. 2nd Road was a disaster. The roads were totally flooded from The Avenue to Central Festival and I am not sure how much more past there. How is it that the city can build up a great area for shops and new buildings and not build the drainage pipes to keep the roads from being so flooded that a motorcycle can't pass without its tires getting totally covered up?
