May 15, 20188 yr Author Popular Post No idea why the post above chose my thread to advertise a family friendly hotel lol. Anyway, today is my last day in bangkok. It has been a blast and it was my much needed vacation after quite a hectic work this year, with my new position, still adjusting to the new role. Managed to make 2 runs of bars, off guys 3 times, 1 from tawan and 2 times with the same guy i offed 3 times last year. Went to two normal pub/restaurants with my straight friends. 4 times massage at prime (yup, i am a massage junkie for sure). And for the tourist stuff, went to grand palace, emerald buddha temple, travelling by boat, walk to khaosan after for lunch and just quick walk along khaosan road, took boat to pratunam, jim thompson house, and then to mbk for lunch, bacc to visit their multiple art exhibition which are all free and very interesting as well, then make our way through the shopping complexes until siam paragon, did some shopping there. Went to chatuchak market for lunch. I might write a more detailed trip report later if i have time but this will do for now
May 15, 20188 yr considering that you were with straight friends you did very well on the offing boys subject ! One of pleasures of travelling is coming home fully knowing that vacation time and money were well spent which you achieved . Report above sounds as good prescription for short vacations in Bangkok
