My last visit to Prague might have been around the 2013-15 period. I had a lad from Club Temple, where there was a better chance of finding a twink. I negotiated 1500 Czk, which is about EUR 61 at today's exchange rates. On that trip, I did Berlin-Dresden-Prague by train. Unexpectedly, the best hook up of the trip was a Czech lad in Dresden, via Planet Romeo.

My experience from July 2021: Most muscle/handsome/tall fit guys in Prague from the apps/Hunqz etc will quote you 100-150 E/hour, usually 100-130 E. Some will go lower but watch out as they may turn out older or different from the pics you saw or unable to perform as promised.
February 7, 20224 yr Active Members I lived in Prague 2013-2017. The going rate then was from 2500 to 3500 Czech crowns. When I was quoted a rate in euros, I always asked what their fee would be in the local currency: it was invariably way lower. Valuable lesson learned there.

I met him at a party when he was in his early thirties and it was a big turn off as he was chubby and with attitude as msclelovr pointed out. It seems that he recovered a better body for his early forties.

That may have been the rate at Escape but it was certainly a lot less otherwise. As @numerito says, it was 2500 and then 3000 in local currency ($125/$150) until now. Many of the guys are advertising 200 Euros now because of the sellers market right now (but they're glad to get 150 Euro or 3000K.)

This boysclub is no longer operating. It used to be a female brothel which was transformed into a male brothel during a few months back around 10 years ago. It is now the hotel which has of course extremely bad ratings and has to be absolutely avoided. It is a shame that such an hotel is on the booking.com site ! In this boysclub, I never saw more than a few very average boys and unfortunately, as usual, the cute barman, Pavel, was not available.

Good music, cheap drinks, many gay boys, friendly and cute bartenders, shows (regular drag queen shows and irregular male strip shows). Worth discovering !

There were a few gay little basement bars in that area last time I stayed down there. (can highly recommend the Clarion Inn Prague City on Tylovo Square at IP Pavlova- great breakfast. Also the Galileo is fine). It would be great to have more gay bars in that area.
