22:00 to 02:00 on Friday and/or Saturday night (I don’t recall which night I went but know it was on the weekend).  I’m told Sunday afternoons can be good as well.

I saw on friday and saturday night numbers over 300.

My friends in Sao Paulo tell me Fridays are best because Saturdays are more expensive and a lot of people can't afford it

So, I went to HotelChilli Saturday night.  It was decent but I think Friday nights are better possibly because of a lower entrance fee as someone else mentioned.  The clientele was still ages 18 to 80 but skewed more toward those that are middle aged rather than 30-something’s like the last time I was there.  The complexion of the clientele was also much lighter than what I recall.
