According to the Department of the Interior, which delayed providing evidence until after the Court documents were filed by Jeanine Pirro, the damage is the result of shoddy work with the installation. Overpriced no bid contracts to friends - shocking that The Great Incompetent was incompetent again. It's kind of amazing that a Trump appointed minion will file Court documents which directly contradict a baseless conspiracy promoted by The Great Incompetent, and simply lay out facts instead. The reflecting pool is 18 inches deep along the perimeter to 30 inches deep in the center. He thinks "vandals" (evidently, with very long arms) crawled through water for 300 feet cutting the liner with a box cutter? I'd like to see him demonstrate...
