Mexico City- Has it gotten expensive !!

I stopped in Mexico City on the way to Brasil this trip instead of Cancun, stayed 1 night at the Hilton Airport and 3 at the Hampton Inn Centro Histórico.

On Grindr and Mileroticos, the escorts were quoting 1500 MXN- 3500 MXN PER HOUR....wtf? ($75-180) with the average about 2000 mxn $100 usd..... but they all strictly mentioned by the hour, asking how many hours I wanted

Luckily I found a Cuban near the airport and a Venezuelan downtown that were free hookups on Grindr.

Cuban had a huge dick the other guy was normal sized but could fee he was looking for a bf..... both were nice. There were lots of other free options if i lived there, because our schedules didn't line up to meet but they were willing to meet over the weekend, when I would already be gone.

I didn't bother going to any bars, especially since it was during the week..... they also have lot's or orgy type parties around the city and sex clubs. Mexico City is one of my favorites but was totally shocked by the money being asked for by the escorts....

It could be that prices escorts charge in CDMX are determined by what they can earn in LA or Houston or what rich California (?) gays are willing to pay in Puerto Vallarta.

I was in San Miguel de Allende and Mexico City for a couple of weeks total this past January/February.  I didn't do much cruising and hits on Grindr were few.  I didn't see / observe any pay for play opportunities that attracted me.  Mexico City is a great destination, finally discovered by travelers who can't quite figure out why they want to visit or what to do when they get there.  When I lived there, I cultivated a regular stream of bedmates, and it was enjoyable.
