It's used more often in relationships, since one can't exactly carry the device around, but you could also use it if you've hired someone to service you. Hypertension worsens erectile dysfunction, by the way. Riobard 1 Quote
Members Riobard Posted Sunday at 08:59 PM Members Posted Sunday at 08:59 PM There is some clinical literature emerging, as well anecdotal reports, that for some men cobbling together vacuum erection device utilization in conjunction with PDE5 inhibitor medication uptake is more advantageous than one or the other intervention alone. In fact, some men don’t require the constriction device to sustain tumescence following the pump use, suggesting that the smooth muscle tissue NO/cGMP messenger pathway may be activated better once the vacuum has functioned to facilitate erection, while the medication reduces the degradation of these essential messengers that relax the penis’ intravcavernosal tissue. Does it make the penis strong? Can the VED be used for rehabilitation purposes apart from on-demand sexual activity? Evidently possibly, though not a cure for ED. But following trauma such as prostatectomy at some point in recovery your urologist may recommend it to aid return to penile function. Blood flow is a good thing. If somebody has Peyronie’s they can also explore VED use with their health care provider. Quote

I forgot to add in my personal message to you about glutes to is to put your feet closer together when doing squats to harden your butt cheeks ,and as you have a walking stick you could use that to balance when doing squats , obviously help if you had 2 walking sticks ,one on each side and use that to balance squatting down feet together you will certainly feel your butt cheeks working. I only have the one walking stick. It doesn’t require a vacuum pump or erection medication, and exhibitionism at the gym and elsewhere is prohibited where I am. But thanks. Quote

Don't take this the wrong way ,but I am a little disappointed a man of your age has to use a walking stick 🏒 👴 I see men like this all time ,the key is "balance" exercises, and once you start these you can throw that awful stick away I have mentioned glute /butt exercises feet together are in my opinion not only great for a firm butt but balance too ,hope that helps Riobard 1 Quote
