I did some research and even found a beach where beach boys offer their services (Diani Beach near Mumbasa). Sometimes they do it for gays too, it's possible. But it also turns out that homosexual relations are illegal in Kenya and can have very unpleasant consequences, including imprisonment. So I'd rather wait until they repeal these discriminatory laws.

Why would you think that? I had no problem finding willing companions on my trips to Africa, even less traveled locations and smaller cities.
