Apparently scromiting is the term given to those who overuse cannnibis and end up with a combination of screaming and constant vomiting. Members unicorn Posted 2 hours ago Members Posted 2 hours ago I've diagnosed a number of patients with Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome, but none of them reported screaming. That's new to me. The improvement of symptoms with hot showers is almost diagnostic (other causes of vomiting don't generally respond to hot showers). Of course, patients may deny THC use, so urine drug screens should be done on anyone with persistent vomiting. Quote
