Given the position of that towel, I doubt if you'd see much of interest ;)

Are rotated and reversed the same thing?

When originally uploaded, the photo appeared rotated 90 degrees on both photobucket and here. By this morning, it appeared in the correct position.

Technically, I think Fountainhall mirrored it ?

Think I'd better not post photos of the other side.

As you know, I'm not a technical person, but using the iPhoto edit programme I clicked Rotate.

I do believe rotate would only move the image sideways or upside-down in 90 degree intervals. Mirroring, or flopping the picture on a vertical access would achieve the outcome FH had posted.

Sorry, must have had a brainstorm. I did not use iPhoto, only Preview and 'flipped' it horizontally. Flipping vertically turns it upside down for some reason.

Axis not access. Stupid spellchecker. Yes, flipping the picture would achieve that result.

Anyhow, having clarified the photo editing terminology, perhaps it's time to discuss the more important issues:

Which pictures have the most artistic merit? (ie contain the cutest looking rear) :p

Of course, more contenders are always welcome.

OK, at the special request of a mod, here's 4 more - and again I'm sorry I cannot find any attribution.

My favourites? Well, I'm torn between the 3rd pic in my first post with pics (#40) - the 'hands on' guy - and the first one in this post. Both are beautifully rounded and give the promise of . . . well, you know what I mean :p

Fine quartet in post #58. The last one is spoiled for me by whatever that green garment is - it's a ghastly colour. No. 3 has water a natural-looking colour but it fails to complement the bather who in any case could do with a bit more colour in his cheeks. Of those four, No.1 is a clear winner for me. No.1 in post #46 runs it close, as does No.3 (the 'Wow') in post #40.

Number 3 in post 58 is a very good candidate for the best rear shot here -assessing the photo on that alone.

I agree about number 3 in post 58, but number 2 is a close tie.

Great idea. Does my photo need tarting, too? I hate feeling left out.

Kokopelli's pic - but it is so small the tarting is not very effective!

No need Thaiworthy. Your's is splendid and doesn't need the tarting process!
