I’m never clear on exactly what they’re going after. The article seems to point to sex work. But I have to wonder if it isn’t more the fact that he is Ugandan and engaging in work with an expired visa of course that makes the sex work so horribly illegal as opposed to the other sex work that occurs all the time by people who can legally work in Thailand. .
