I am new to Pattaya but I see these insane camel jockeys racing down the streets daily. I am glad they are clamping down.

[Question about 90 Day Reporting]

I just moved to Thailand. I have a rental apartment which  requires me to report my address every 90 days. I was told my landlord had to do this but they don't know the process. I am in Bangkok. How do I report my address on my own?  Can I do this online? Can I do this without the landlords signature every time I enter?
